    • WARNING - Do not buy from Bison
We received a defective chair from Bison. It was constructed incorrectly and was non-functional. Bison Commerce was the seller on Amazon. Bison insisted that we ship the defective chair back at our expense. The chair weighs well over 100 lbs and all the shipping companies they recommended to us required that the box be palletized for shipping. The cheapest shipping price we could find was $875. After very protracted dialogues with both Bison Commerce and Amazon (at least 7 phone calls to Amazon including conversations with 3 different supervisors), Amazon finally refunded our money.     • Great chairs
We bought 2 chairs in navy color. Shipping was a complete hassle, slower than usual, sloppy, and they were supposed to deliver by contacting us in advance & getting a signature for the delivery. Nope. We came home from work with 2 huge boxes piled on top of each other in the driveway, with bent & ripped boxes. Luckily, the chairs inside were not harmed and are VERY NICE. Our only concern is each chair is occasionally difficult to manually get these to lay back and then sit forward again. Needs too much muscle to comfortably maneuver the chairs. That said, we are happy with our purchase and we hope we can use them for years to come. ... show more

I bought this to replace my old Lazy Boy Eldorado. Almost identical in size, looks, and seems like quality for half the price. Almost no work to assemble. Very pleased.

The chair has wonderful leather and is very sturdy feeling. I’m short so the seat is a little higher than I like but it is super easy to push back and extend the footrest. The delivery process was a bit confusing but once it was finally confirmed delivery was on time and the people who delivered were super. They unpacked the chair and assembled it inside the room where I needed it. That was totally unexpected and a big bonus. Right now the wait time on ordering a chair from the furniture store in my town is 24-36 weeks. Amazon 10 days. This chair is the same quality you would get at a fine furniture place. ... show more

It is firmer than my old Lazy Boy but seems to be better constructed. Seems strange in a time when the Lazy Boy store wants 9-12 months to get you a recliner that you can just buy one on Amazon and have it in two weeks!

    • Worth Every Penney!!!
The navy leather is very dark, almost a midnight blue. Gorgeous, heavy, real leather. Thick, thick cushions, and comfortable. We bought 2 for our camper, for when we remove the hokey sofa. They are pretty big, sturdy and very heavy, so may not fit in the camper. No worry, they're such nice quality, they'll go into our home and I'll ditch the old ones. They are easy to put together, the top just slides on. Look under the back, find the slide, then slide it in. Easy as pie. I'm only 5'1", but mine was easy to push, and recline all the way. I can't wait for an afternoon nap! Hubs is 6' and it fit him nicely , too, especially supportive of his bad back. The price? They're about half a lazy boy, which I love, but these are just as nice as LB and the price can't be beat. ... show more
