    • It’s not impossible to assemble- actually really solidly made
Like everyone, I read the reviews about assembly and thought twice about buying. I planned a full day of time on a Saturday. The night before I got all the pieces out and read the instructions. My thought was it was well made and packaged very well. The instructions left a lot to be desired. they did try at least but they stink. All the parts and fasteners were in the box. I have a good aptitude for figuring out things and a lot of tools. Basic tools are very helpful, socket set, pliers, screwdrivers, just don’t rely on what they supply or it will be 5 times harder than necessary and frustrating. BTW, very little YouTube videos out there to help. For this bike, what you can find is not relevant. My advice, the bike is solid and worth the effort, but be sensible in your expectations of how long it will take. I took 4 hours, with breaks. I can do a second one now in 1 hour I bet. Some notes: — The hardest part to me was wrapping the chain properly. Study the picture for the most help of how it routes around and over the crank and rear gears. — The 1st gear is the largest gear sprocket. 7 th is the smallest. Nearing the end when you make final adjustments you’ll need to know this in order to set the chain de- railer into proper position. It’s not noted well where the adjustment screws are, but there’s a (+) screw and a (-) screw on the de railer. That’s the fine tune. — The tires will most likely be flat out of the box. That should be no surprise. — The instructions show a separate parts bag. That’s not correct. I found all fasteners were in the part to be attached. I just unscrewed them out, assembled the piece, then properly screwed them down. — NOTE, do not snug up all screws or bolts or nuts until all is assembled, only then tighten it all very well. — It’s not a $2,500 French touring bike. It is what it is and better than I expected for the price. Hope this helps. Instructions stink. Bike is good. I would buy again. ... show more

The trike arrived very quickly. We had a few issues with the trike itself which could have been from packaging or shipping. Emailed customer service and got a response within 24 hrs! Jessica was very accomadating to our issues and resolved the problems quickly. The trike itself is great. Assembly of the trike wasn't the easiest thing & the manual shows more pictures than actual directions but if you take your time search some YouTube's you will get it. For the money this trike is a very good value & the customer service is top notch. Going uphill on any trike isn't easy. Rides smooth on paved as well as light gravel. It can turn pretty sharply without feeling like you are going tip over. We are thinking about purchasing a ebike kit which once complete will be well under the cost of an electric trike. We purchased the 24", 7 speed foldable model. Very pleased with the purchase! ... show more

Bike itself is kind of cool. Not crazy about the back basket. instructions for assembly are unreliable. After guessing what to do , then you can say "oh, that is what was meant." some steps were totally left out, others were misleading. By the time I got to the basket I was disgusted. I really like this trike!!! I didn't even try to put it together myself. I took it straight to the bike store and they put it together! Though it folds in half (pleasant surprise), between how wide the basket is and the handle bars and wheels/spokes got intertwined in putting it in the back of my SUV. This was a bummer because I was hoping to take it on the bike trail. If I had one suggestion, it would be to decrease the basket several inches in width! I love the ease of changing gears and that the brakes and gears are on the handles!! This is quite convenient. If it wasn't as wide in the basket, which would make it easier to travel, I would give it ALL 5 Stars!! I like the mountain-bike-like tires, sturdiness of the basket and that it came with a bell. I’ve struggled with it on the directions for the rear brake, gear wiring and the chain broke first time out. My wife likes the bike. I did not complain to seller, but, two rims badly bent in shipping box that was beat up in transit, one not repairable, With broken accessories, bell wheel caps . Bike shop I had build for me charged extra for assessembly. Other than that I recommend it.

This is a great product all around. But if you’re not handy I will strongly recommend taking it to a bike shop , which is the only thing I will complain about because is an extra expense, and here in NY shopping around I got prices between $80 to $175 to build it

Great little bike for the price, especially if you need the smaller size. Beautiful color to. Few months later the bike is making a terrible noise. Is rusting and folding bracket flips open. Sooooo dissatisfied. 😱
