I purchased a set of chairs in August 2023. May 2024 one chair broke. The welds at the stem/pole. I reached out to the company. The chair was replaced. The second chair is still working. The fabric still looks brand new and no wear, except the weld. This chair is probably not meant for heavier people. The design in the welding appears to be a cheaper weld. ... show more

I did not send it back because I already had a different set of bar stools that was damaged and I had to send the whole thing back. These are very comfortable! They adjust as expected. Color is beautiful more so than the Amazon photo.

They are comfy and the faux suede is soft. I would rate quality of material as a medium not super cheaper but also not high end. I bought these for Thanksgiving 2022. Had them one year and now the welds are broken that attach the base to the sleeve that holds post of the chair. These are rarely sat in by adults. Two kids under 6 have been the only occupants. The reason the weld broke? They are spot welded. About 10 tiny dots of weld is all that holds that piece on. Unfortunately I’m not a welder. But here I am ,days before Thanksgiving once again about to spend $300 on barstools. Save your money, buy a different brand. ... show more
