    • Very useful bag for travel
I used this bag during the holiday season for travel. I like the fact that I can adjust the top size as needed. Options: As pictured, you can make it a little smaller buy using the side hooks/clasps and attaching them to the side D-Ring, or can bring the hooks/clasps up and connecting them to each other, the 3rd way makes it the easiest to get under plane seats, even the aisle seat. Before going through TSA I had all the things that need to go in the trays located in this bag, i.e.: laptop, iPad, food items, liquids bag, etc. Because of the laptop's length it looked more like the item picture, after going through TSA I put the laptop in my 21" carry on that I put in the overhead compartment, then I could bring the hooks up and connect them to each other which made it a smaller bag. I love having options. The zippered "shoe" compartment on the bottom is great for keeping a change of clothes, & or shoes or files, etc., which leave the top for the things I need during the flight. I love, love, love that they put the little zippered pocket on the back as it is great for keeping my ID & boarding pass which makes it so easy to get to quickly. Also, and this is a big thing for me, they put little feet on the bottom to support it and they did not just put one on each of the four corners, but added one to the center where a bag of this size would always sag a little because of weight and get dirty. Someone really put some thought into this bag. Quality seems pretty good, went through my travels well, it looks just as nice as when it arrived in the mail. I loved this bag. When I first got it I used it for a couple of different three day trips and it was top notch - tons of storage room, and just the right size to get away with being a carry on at the airports. However, when I started using it as my work tote (working 10-12 hours away from home, I needed some good storage) the bag began to deteriorate. The pocket lining ripped - I was having to search and dig around for pens and chargers that slipped thru the hole, and the handle began to fray and fall off. At first I thought, oh it's a couple loose threads, nothing to worry about, but now after 8-10 months of use, the handle is on it's last leg. ORIGINALLY 1 STAR. EDITED TO 4 STARS: The company contact me and sent me a new bag free of charge. Really hoping this one handles wear and tear better because it really is cute and holds so much for it's size. ... show more

Exactly what I wanted, It came on time. And I did not notice a strong smell at all. But I sprayed with Fabreze and put it outside in the shade for the afternoon. Rained that night and the next day. So I put a fabric softener sheet in it. I left the next day. No smell at all. The bag fit under the seat perfectly. I did not have it completely full and it may not fit if that is the case. But when I did put it in the overhead it was just fine and easy to get out. it hold a good amount. I had a change of clothes. Flip flops and bathing suit on the trip to Florida. Travel documents in a folder easy to get to. The strap is strong and adjustable. Handles are also good and strong. Going to Ireland in June and this will be a perfect carry on. ... show more

I love this items. I use it for local travel and plan to use it as my carry on when we fly since it will hang over my suitcase handle. I have the matching weekender and love the set together . Feels stylish.

    • Slips right on to my rolling suitcase handle!!
I purchased this because I needed a lightweight carry-on bag and it fits the bill. But the very best thing about it is that it is designed to slip over my rolling suitcase handle. I love that feature because it makes handling my luggage so much easier. I don't have to carry the bag -- I just slip it over the suitcase handle and easily wheel both items. I'm sure you know how big airports are these days and it can be a real hike to get through them so every little hack like this helps. The bag is well constructed with several inside pockets. I would like to see an outside pocket and an inside pocket that zips, but I guess you can't have everything. I bought the navy polka dot and I am very pleased with my purchase. ... show more
