I really enjoy this cleansing balm. It easily removes my makeup without stripping my skin or rough rubbing like with makeup remover wipes. I use it daily as the first step of a double cleanse even if I'm not wearing makeup so as to fully remove my daily SPF. I've used this stuff for years. It's expensive so I'm afraid to try the other ones lol but I love love love this stuff. Use it dry all over the face the. Add some water to emulsify it. Then I do the rest of my routine. It doesn't burn if you get it in your eyes. Its a little uncomfortable but no where near as uncomfortable as Neutrogena makeup remover wipes. I hope they never ever change this formula. I love love love it ... show more

It is buttery soft going on. And melts into a silky makeup remover that turns into the perfectly foamy face wash when a little water is applied. I followed up with a hydrating toner. My new nightly routine to help calm me down before bed.

I use this often and it does a great job of removing all my makeup. Only issue is that when it gets in my eyelashes (which I rub over my eyes purposefully to remove eye makeup), it turns my vision super blurry for a while until I use a wet washcloth several times over my eyes and lashes.
