U don’t need to open a capsule for the very pleasant fruit and vegetable smell from each capsule. Smells like fresh fruit n veges. Hard to know at this early stage to know effectiveness on vitamin content. Price seems high as u r to take 3 daily. If it improves health, well worth the cost.

    • This is ground up vegetables and ground up fruit… no added minerals, vitamins, or fillers.
I don’t see how this can be better than fresh veggies and fruit. This is very expensive and has no list of ingredients other than the fruits and veggies that are dried , ground, then loaded in the gelatin capsules. I don’t get it. Sure if all you are eating is oatmeal… this may give you something extra… but if you are already eating a normal diet this is no where near as good as fresh produce. My opinion. I bought the bottles and will take them for a month and see what happens on my next blood test… I am skeptical of this making a difference. Hope I am wrong and that I have not been over charged for ground dead and dry produce! ... show more

The smell of the fruits capsules was wonderful. That was the first thing I noticed. The vegetable and fruit vitamins was wonderful after my husband and I started taking them. We actually started to feel better and sleep better. We will continue to take them, Mary and Dewey Chauncey

    • Week three results
Heard and read the testimonials so decided to give it a try. Purchased one 30 day sample consisting of two bottles of fruits and vegetables. On week three and noticing that my sleep might be better and an overall feeling of calmness. So far seems to be very subtle degrees of improvement. Beyond that no noticeable increase in energy , focus or alertness. One thing I have noticed is I seem to get up more during the night for bathroom visits. Not sure if its related but I have not changed anything else in my daily diet or routine . I wish they would release what they think the vitamin content are of the fruit and vegetable ingredients. I will say that even if its not clinically helping folks but they believe it does than that's a good thing as well. Peace of mind should not be underestimated in our over all well being. Right now I think I get more with my daily tablespoon of Honey than BON. I'm going to finish the bottles and report on any changes by the end of 30 days. ... show more

    • Be careful with this if you take Blood Pressure medicine. PLEASE READ
Like everyone else, I have constantly seen the commercials for Balance of Nature. It sounds like a great idea. I ordered it from Amazon and it was a single purchase and does not renew. Since taking this supplement, I have bloating, gas, and then did not feel good at all. What I did not realize, is that the Fruit part of this is made partly from Grapefruit, and that conflicts with most Blood Pressure medicines, if not all. As of today, I will stop the Fruit part of it and see if I feel better. I think I am going to continue with the veggie part for now. The bad news is that you cannot buy these supplements separately. If I am wrong about that , then let me know. I should have realized the Grapefruit issue earlier. Be careful with this....... 02/26/2023 This is an update since my last message. After stopping Balance of Nature I feel much better now. I decided to stop all of it. This product was poison for me and I reduced the rating also. The seller will not allow me to return the remaining product. I probably took it for 7 days. I had such a terrible reaction and I was considering going to the hospital. My wife brought up the issue of Grapefruit and Blood Pressure, and there it was. Its been years since this has happened and I am usually careful. There is no disclaimer (that I can see) on the bottles regarding the reaction of Grapefruit. And, everyone that I know takes blood pressure medicine. Its an expensive product for about $90 without the renewal plan I never sign up with renewal plans on anything and this is an example why. It stops here and I do not have to fight with the seller to stop the renewal. Lesson learned and $90 down the drain. Be careful with supplements and compare the interactions.     • Good for the whole family!
Our family of 4 all takes them! I have a fragile stomach and am fine with them. Even my teenagers take them which is great since they consume a LOT of junk food, it makes me feel better as a mom knowing they are getting nutrients. At best they have an apple and banana and maybe a small salad in their day and that is NOT enough. They pills are a little large so I take my time taking them during breakfast. There is a slight hint of garlic or some herb I can taste, but it does NOT leave an after taste or the after "burp"" like fish oil. Get healthy sooner rather than later! ... show more

    • Hard to swallow
The capsules are hard to swallow. Cold water is not the way to get them down your throat. They get stuck. Don’t have any problems with any of my other supplements and some are pretty big. Why don’t they have gummies? Maybe take more to make up for not having the same amount as the capsule?
