I've been using these for a couple months. It covers pretty much all your needs for baking . my only complaint is that the sheet pan warps but returns to its original shape each time. The non-stick coating seems to work very well for the price.

Not being much of a baker, I had an ancient cookie sheet that finally warped too much and had some scratches on it. This time, I wanted a set with silicone handles for various cooking projects and am delighted with this purchase of BAKKEN Swiss 3 piece non-stick cookware. Sicicone handles come off but I love having them on the sheets. I purchased these because I thought they were actually Swiss Made but in fact, they come from the PRC – made to Bakken Swiss standards. (I wish Amazon would resume showing place of manufacture for their goods because that is important to this buyer.) However, I let that slide because I do think they are well made. I haven’t used all three yet but I did purchase inexpensive toddler pillowcases to be able to store each, nested to minimize scratching.     • Misleading, cheap coated tin baking pans.

When I say you get what you pay for, that’s what you’re getting with these. I’ve purchased the “white marble” pan set, and have used them for a little less than 30 days- I’m returning them! These pans warp, turn colors, have such a poor coating – making it hard to clean, and certainly are far from being non-stick. They’re far worse than the Walmart pans I recycled after 3 yrs for the need of new ones. I bake pretty much 5 days out of the week for dinner, baking a variety of foods from vegetables to various desserts . When these arrived, I was a bit cautious as they were so light for being steel and I was afraid they’d melt- but they didn’t. I also hand washed these only, as I wasn’t sure it would hold up from continued sanitation from the dishwasher. Im weary of how these would actually hold up with being placed in a dishwasher each night. In short…If you’re looking for cheap pans that you don’t plan to keep for long - then you’ve arrived at the right product. If you’re looking for quality, durability, true non-toxic, non-stick bakeware - keep looking elsewhere! ... show more

Sometimes when I get these pans, they have early rust, and I was really hopeful for these. I have used them in the dishwasher and wash them by hand and absolutely no spots or rust. They work absolutely great. I have not had any heat working yet and I’ve used them probably 10 times.
