I've been using these for a couple months. It covers pretty much all your needs for baking . my only complaint is that the sheet pan warps but returns to its original shape each time. The non-stick coating seems to work very well for the price.

Hello, I purchased this item with the intent to use it for my Thanksgiving dinner. So far, I have used it, and it does not have any flaws as of yet. I really like the design of the pans with the rubber holders because it is not as hot. Note: the rubber does get hot but it does not burn me.
