No sticking or scratching, the red silicone handles do get hot but I think that’s to be expected. 400 degrees in an oven is definitely going to make them hot but ours did not melt at all. I've been using these for a couple months. It covers pretty much all your needs for baking . my only complaint is that the sheet pan warps but returns to its original shape each time. The non-stick coating seems to work very well for the price.

Sometimes when I get these pans, they have early rust, and I was really hopeful for these. I have used them in the dishwasher and wash them by hand and absolutely no spots or rust. They work absolutely great. I have not had any heat working yet and I’ve used them probably 10 times.

These cookie sheets are fantastic. The price of these are very inexpensive for what you get. These pans are heavy duty and seem to disperse the heat evenly.
