I really like these silicon mats, I purchased three sets over the last couple months as they are perfect for lots of different things. I use them on surfaces where I know I'll be putting things that will end up getting wet, like drinks with ice, or even lotions that might spill. The size is shorter than the recipes call for, but it worked. Since this was the first time that I had ever made a cake roll maybe I expected too much. Cake rolled easily and didn’t stick. I did use parchment paper on the bottom as my recipe called for.

    • Didn't Use to Bake On....
I bought these mats to use in place of parchment paper for candy making. I liked that it had the raised edges to keep my chocolate from running off the edge. It worked great. I did not use it to bake on so I can't give a review on it's heat resistance.
