This package looked in order, until I took out a some drums to work with. Following are the problems I experienced. 1. The large rolls fits slack on the drum so it is shifting all about when I'm working, and I have to stop frequently to set it back in place. 2. Of the three sizes of drums, I had 2 sizes with incomplete drums. Screws were not tightened on the drums, Some screws were cross-thread. Some were missing the top washer and screw. I am totally dissatisfied. If returning was an option for me, I would have returned it. I have no choice because returning will be costly for me. It just doesn't worth it.
