I am still trying to decide if I want to keep this bag. I LOVE Baggallini bags, especially the “Sydney”, and this bag has many of the same features but is quite a bit bigger. I have shoulder issues so carrying a large bag is not good even when it is a crossbody bag. My other complaint is that they removed the card slots that were stitched on. It may be “safer” but it is really inconvenient. I’m trying to decide if I can sew or Velcro this pouch to the inside lining to approximate the old design. On the plus side, the cell phone pocket is quite big and holds the larger phones, however it doesn’t have a snap closure to hold the phone in place. ... show more

So far I am very pleased with this bag. I had a Baggallini Melbourne bag prior to this one, but it was a bit too small for me. This bag is larger and the right size for me. The pockets in front are approximately 7" deep and there is plenty of room for my Samsung phone with it's cover (6" x 3"). There are also slip pockets behind the front pockets. They are 8" deep. I ordered it in stone, which I thought would be a grey beige color. It is a very pretty grey with some red accents on the zipper pulls. I am very happy with the color. I got the beautiful blue color so I was happy with that aspect from the get go. An excellent city bag which I wear across my body to prevent a thief snatching it off my shoulder but you could wear it on one shoulder. Like the fact that I can put truly important items inside a small zippered pocket inside another larger zippered compartment, so behind two zippers. I can put 2 mobile phones in a zippered pocket easier to reach outside. There’s also a nice connected “mini-purse” connected by a string inside which can hold makeup or first aid items. My only critique is that the big “open” pocket on the outside (which is clearly meant for non-valuables like a small umbrella, hand lotion, or these days a small hand sanitizer) is loosely fastened by only one magnetic button, so I’ve lost a hand sanitizer bottle out of that big pocket when the bag lay on a car seat. But overall, this is about a good a bag as a woman can carry when she’s carting around city essentials while keeping it not too big or heavy. ... show more

This bag holds it all, but is lightweight and not at all bulky. It is my everyday bag. Only issue-it is advertised with a matching clutch, but mine did not come with that.

4 1/2 stars I do like that this bag falls relatively close to the body, which doesn’t make is seem as large as it is. The strap is very slippery and gets twisted. SOLVED: A few nearly invisible stitches at only a couple places in the strap will keep the strap at your chosen length.
