This playset is great and my son absolutely loves it! It was definitely a task to assemble. Instructions were pretty good but definitely not a beginner task. I’m pretty handy but still made a few mistakes here and there. Did it solo and took about 15 hours over two days.

Arrived well packed with packing lists in each of three boxes. All parts are clearly labeled. Slide was packaged separately in heavy plastic. It took about two hours to unpack, inventory, and organize all parts. Time well spent because it made assembly much easier. Plan to have a large area to do this. I used my garage. Printed Instructions are thorough and there’s also an app available with guided instructions. Follow the tips given, they really are important. I was able to assemble the unit myself (with the exception of attaching the large beam for the swings - that’s absolutely a two person operation). Having a helper would likely speed things up, but it was very doable alone. The assembly took me three days. The design is quite clever and seems very sturdy. My only complaint would be that the unit does not come sealed for moisture, only stained for color. It would be nice to have that initial sealing done so you only need to reseal each year. ... show more

My first piece of advice: consider hiring someone to put this together. This is a high quality set. Very well packed. LOTS of pieces; it took my brother and I 20+ hours to put this thing together. If you’re going to do it yourself, first unpack everything and organize by letters and numbers (including fasteners, hardware, etc.). This will make the job MUCH easier. Also, pay attention to hole placement which will ensure pieces are installed correctly. My only critique is that I think it should have a higher weight limit. I think the clubhouse states 205 lbs..? No big deal but wish it was more. If you have little little ones, make sure to buy a baby swing to go with the set. This play set is great though, lots of fun things for kids to do. ... show more

I couldn’t be happier with this swing set. It’s stunning! It’s sturdy, spacious and excellent quality. I hired a professional to put it together and it took two men to assemble it in 6 hours. Very recommended that you do so as well if possible. I have 3 kids using it at the same time, 130/140 pounds between all of them and the set does not move whatsoever. ... show more

Love this swingset design. Arrived on time and we’ll packaged. Clear instructions. We laid out all of our inventory alpha numerical and set to work over a long weekend. Up in two days - instructions were very clear. We are engineer/diy type project people so I will put that out there for anyone who isn’t and is considering purchasing. You do definitely need two people with at least one person strong/tall enough to hold certain items like the swing cross beam up, ect. Overall really happy with the quality and design. All pieces accounted for with extras just in case. Definitely need a good socket wrench kit, good battery working or corded drill (lots of screws) and a good mallet or hammer. My boys love it! Also, it is not sealed - so we plan to paint or spray at end of summer before change of season! Definitely good solid cedar wood though. Hope this helps! ... show more

Ended up hiring a local guy to out together since we were sick but wanted to done by Christmas for our daughter. An able man was completely done, start to finish, in 2.5 days. He has formerly out together other swingsets and made a point of saying that this one was built very well and he was very impressed with the quality. He did mention to us that it would be good to put an oil on it since the wood is bare and this would help preserve longer.
