    • Much better than a pump up sprayer, cover the work area quicker and easier. Great pump!
I found this to be a well thought out, backpack sprayer. First, it has a 2 position switch. I is for lower pressure, controlled spray and II is full power with no adjustments. When in position I, there is a knob kind of like a volume control on your radio that lets you adjust the power and volume of the pump infinitely from almost no flow to almost full flow. Position II provides full power and a slightly higher pressure. The tank comes with a drop in filter screen to keep debris out of your tank and pump. The kit comes with 2 x 4000 mAh battery packs plus a charger. The spray nozzle comes with an array of choices. There is a plastic spray rod that is about 18” long plus there is a metal extendable pole that is probably close to 36” long when full extended and can be shorted to about 18” as well. There is an assortment of spray heads. There is a single spray head, much like you would find on a pump up sprayer although the flow rate on 2 is higher. You also get a double head of a similar design that allows you to cover a wider area at the same time. There are also 2 larger nozzles that seemed to be designed if you want to use the tank for watering instead of applying a chemical. That might be useful in a greenhouse setting but not what I was interested in. I ordered it to spray weed killer and for that job, it’s great. The tank is plenty big, I wouldn’t really want to carry any more than its capacity at one time. The pump puts out a great flow with the single head. It’s ideal for spraying weed killer. It doesn’t flow so much that you waste it but it flows a good rate so you can keep moving. It a really nice spray rig. ... show more

My gardens are caged off to keep my dogs out of them. This will help me reach some of my planter beds that are towards the back and water them without too much manipulation to the fence.
