My favorite thing about the Minoll back stretcher (and popper?) Is it has three different levels of use. My husband uses the 1st, lowert setting. He can't handle it but he's in the oil patch and has a very stiff back. He'll use it for about 5 minutes then has to get up. I, on the othere hand, start at level 2 and place it at different spots on my back. Once that's over, level 3 is the main stretcher. My back stretchs and pops in a good painful yet manageable pain. You have to keep in mind, your back hasn't moved like this before so it takes a while to get used to. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. When I travel long periods of time, I take it with me. I set a towel down (who knows what's been on that floor!) and start stretching. It has helped me get some mobility back. I also have one specially for my neck that aligns the spine. These work GREAT together. I pur a four only because my husband is a sissy and can't handle it. ... show more

About 6 months after purchasing this back stretcher, I received an offer to leave an honest review for an incentive. I paid full price and bought this product, without any knowledge of the incentive, because I was having lower back pain. My personal experience with this back stretcher has been quite positive. It works well to relieve compression in my lower back and tension in my neck and shoulders. I started to feel a lot better after using this for about a week once per day for 8-10 min. Don't expect to feel relief right away, especially in your lower back. I was even a little sore after it using it the first day, but I think I was too tense. My advice is to start slowly on the easier lowest adjustment (see pic), focus on relaxing and breathing, and stick with it for at least a week. After a few minutes on the back stretcher, I started to feel my spine sort of release slightly. At that point, I reposition myself a bit to get the best "hang" to decompress my lower back. My shoulders and neck relax very quickly, but I really had to work on breathing and positioning for my lower back. Glad I stuck with it because it has really helped me, not a miracle but a discernable improvement. I am knocking one star off because I feel that the nubby material you're laying on could be a bit softer. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention that my husband did not like it at all; he said it actually hurt, which was not my experience. He is 6'3" and may need larger and softer. In short, I would recommend this product. It has helped me. It's not a cure, and sometimes it's challenging to get comfortable at first, but when I'm done (usually about 10 min) I always feel better. ... show more

I have suffered from back problems for many years so I thought I’d give this a try. Typically when I need to stretch my back, I lean over the back of the armrest on the couch. This is way more convenient! I can use it anywhere and let’s be honest, it’s much cheaper than a couch! 😂 The device itself so small that you can keep it tucked away so it’s not an eyesore. It’s also very sturdy and has 3 different levels do you can adjust the arch according to how much stretch you need. The neoprene strap makes the arch more comfortable on your back. It has knobs on the arch for massage. So far, it has been great and my armrests on my couch are getting a much needed break! I will definitely be using this often! ... show more

My wife and I both work office jobs. So the majority of our days are spent seated somewhere either reading, writing, or typing. She also suffers from chronic back pain and these long stints are difficult to bear. This has really helped relieve some of the pressure she feels no matter if seated in an office chair, at the dinner table, in bed or on the couch. The item is not large so you don't find yourself hanging off your seat when you place it behind you. We love how you can use it vertical or horizontal, depending where you need relief at. I purchased this item to help me search after my workout and I was so glad that I did! This item has three different adjustments settings so I started with the highest setting to get the maximum stretch. That was a little too much for me so I adjusted to the medium setting and it was perfect! It comes with grooves on there so it provides a gently massage as you stretch. This back stretcher is super easy to use! We had 4 adults (all different body types) try this out and it helped all 4 of us! I was surprised at how stable it was and we had no issues with a 300lb person laying on it! I suffer from daily back pain due to sciatica and a slight herniated disk. I placed the back stretcher right about my herniated disk, and I felt immediate relief! You can either keep it together for multiple uses, or take it apart for easy storage or traveling. I don’t have anything bad to say about this item. You can change how high you want the arch to be and it stays in place very well. I’m not a small guy and it’s strong enough to stay in place during use. The little pad strip helps give some comfort to your spin area while using. I’ve started having trouble cracking my back and this has helped tremendously when I’m in need of a good stretch and tension release. ... show more

The back stretcher is made of good, durable plastic. It does take a little bit of effort to set. I can see why it needs to be this way for durability. The adjustable contours are great for when you need that little extra bit of stretch. I've only been using this for a few days now. But I can tell a great difference in my posture. And the way my back has been feeling. What's the restracting of the back for decompression. My back feels better. I stand straighter and I'm sleeping a lot better at night! ... show more
