Support is pretty good. It does help pull me up straight align my back. I've had quite a few back surgeries. I just received this today July 3rd of 24 so I'm going to wear it and see how it works out it does hurt in the shoulder area where it pulls your shoulders back to pull you up does get a little painful pain. its good for the price but the sizing stated is off, i ordered an xl and it was too big, a large would have been fine so if youre purchasing go with the lower option.

It definitely works for posture even if it’s oversized for me. My issue with this is the shoulder-strap, it digs into my left armpit. The right side is fine. I’m considering getting a smaller size.
