I’ve used other backbraces before but this is the best one hands down! It’s very supportive with quality materials and yet comfortable. Most others are very ridged or use non-quality materials that don’t hold up very well. I would definitely recommend!

This brace was easy to use. Simply wrap it around your waist and overlap the lager part of the belt and then pull the smaller velcro tabs tighter till you reach your desired resistance. I used it last night to move a very heavy couch by myself and it worked great! It gave me the support I needed and helped keep my back in alignment so I wasn't sore this morning. ... show more
