The COTLIN Back Bar Cooler has proven to be an excellent addition to our space. With its great temperature control and rapid cooling capabilities, it's a fantastic value for the money. What's more, it’s 7.4 cu.ft has allowed us to clear our house fridge of all beverages, making more room for food and leftovers. While there are a few minor drawbacks, such as screw heads obstructing shelf positioning and some minimal moisture between the doors, these issues are outweighed by the overall performance and convenience of this refrigerator. Pros: Temperature Control (5/5): The temperature control of this cooler has so far been great. It may show some fluctuation in temp as the unit cycles the fan on/off or condenser switches on/off for its auto defrosting, but It maintains a consistent and ideal temperature for cooling beverages quickly, ensuring your drinks are always refreshingly cold. Rapid Cooling (5/5): This cooler lives up to its promise of getting beverages cold fast. Whether it's soda, beer, or wine, it chills them down in no time, making it perfect for gatherings and parties. Value for Money (5/5): The affordability of this commercial-grade cooler is impressive. You get a high-quality product without breaking the bank, making it an excellent investment for any beverage lover. Low Noise Level (5/5): The near-zero noise level of this cooler is a real bonus. It operates quietly, ensuring it doesn't disrupt your environment. Spacious (5/5): This cooler's generous 7.4 cu.ft capacity allowed us to clear out our house fridge of all beverages, providing ample storage for our drinks. Cons: Shelf Positioning (4/5): I needed to use the top shelf position, but the screw heads on the adjustable shelf made it difficult to fit the shelf bracket properly, limiting the shelf configuration. Minimal Moisture (4/5): Some minimal moisture accumulates between the doors, although it hasn't reached the point of dripping or pooling, and has required no immediate action. Manual Confusion (3/5): icons on the fridge controller and visible in the manual aren't easy to see and aren’t listed in the manual. Also, the manual itself is somewhat challenging to understand, especially when it comes to programming beyond temperature settings. However, the fridge comes pre-set to an optimal beverage-cooling temperature. Other Thoughts: Delivery was prompt and hassle-free. The delivery drivers were accommodating, bringing the cooler into our home and placing it in the desired room. It's worth noting that the company may reach out to verify your address and contact information for delivery. Do follow the manuals guidelines if it was delivered sideways or may not have been kept upright during delivery or storage, by allowing it to rest in the upright position before plugging it in. I don’t usually purchase protection plans, but I did purchase the 3yr protection for peace of mind. In conclusion, the COTLIN Back Bar Cooler Commercial Counter Height Refrigerator offers fantastic temperature control, rapid cooling, and a quiet operation, all at an affordable price. This cooler was exactly what I needed for appearance, size and functionality. I read the reviews and noted many complaints of the cooler showing up damaged, but mostly positive other than the shipping problem. I took a chance and sure enough mine arrived damaged. The grill was bent and could not be repaired. While the cooler worked fine, this aesthetic condition would not work for me. To the credit of the seller, they were responsive, understanding, and timely in replacing the damaged cooler. So while I would have preferred the first one undamaged, in the end the vendor made it right, so I'll give an overall good rating. ... show more

Order arrived on time and packaged VERY well. Deliver people were VERY careful and item arrived in what appeared to be great condition. Uppackaged item VERY carefully and did everything the manual said to aclimatize and ready the cooler. Plugged in and everything seemed to be working fine. Followed the directions and changed the temperature to what I wanted. All of a sudden, I got a loud alarm and the unit started flashing a code E2 and would not stop running - to the point it started freezing things. Tried unplugging and letting it sit for a day - no luck. Attempted to contact the seller via Cotlin's own website as the manual doesn't state what the error codes are. Again, no luck. Attempted to contact seller directly via email, no answer. Tried to contact seller via Amazon, no answer. Filed a claim for a return/refund, I receive a label and am told to ship it back on my dime. THIS THING IS 140lbs!!!! I am NOT paying to return something that didn't work from the start. Amazon had better make this right and I suggest not dealing with this seller anymore. UPDATE 11/02/23 - after writing the bad review, seller finally responded. In working with them I was able to clear the error codes, however fan runs constantly and the temperature fluctuates 8 - 10 degrees between cooling cycles every 10 minutes. Manufacturer/seller states this is normal. Unit also switches between cooling and defrost! For no particular reason. Also getting constant condensation between doors that causes the water on the floor that other are describing. I have had bar coolers in the past and never had these issues. Seller also stated that they would send me a new unit if I removed/changed this review. Sketchy seller and sub-par product. Do yourself a favor and avoid. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. i already have 7 of similar model as this one. they are running pretty well for years. So i decided to have one more. this one ordered from Amazon. pretty same as others but lower price and free delivery. this products is easy install as well.
