I purchased this bed after reading reviews and believing that I was buying a quality, safe product. Long story short, 18 months after buying the product, two springs have snapped off of the spring frame. Upon discussion with the company, I am past my one year warranty, so I have to pay to replace the spring frame (plus $25 for shipping). I have no time for a company that doesn’t stand behind its products and won’t acknowledge that springs on a crib frame should last more than 18 months. My child is less than 25 pounds, and a company should strive to make a product for babies that doesn’t result in safety issues from 18 months of normal wear and tear. My first email to the company received a response and then once I complained after seeing an invoice for the replacement products, several emails from me, all of which were polite, have been ignored. This seems like an otherwise fine product, but when you spend over $350 on a crib, you are hoping that the basic parts will last more than 18 months. Personally I prefer to spend my money with companies that get it and do the right thing by their customers, so I will be looking elsewhere in the future. And I rarely write reviews, but I feel like this is my only way of allowing others to avoid making the same mistake that I did. ... show more

This softwood crib came with dents and scratches. In two places, the wood was splintered. We contacted the manufacturer multiple times by email and phone, though we never got a reply. We wish we had bought our grandchild a different brand, and since Babtletto has never acknowledged any communications, we are simply walking away from this terrible purchase. Softwood makes shipping less expensive, sure, and it's a lousy choice for a crib. ... show more

    • Quality Crib w/Minor Design Flaws.
Style: 3-in-1 Crib Color: White
The crib was well packaged for shipping including a ton of foam to protect the pieces. Assembly was easy but does require some time and possibly 2 people to stabilize pieces while applying screws. The design is very nice and modern and is a welcome change from the curved classic style cribs. The mattress support has multiple height settings with the highest presenting a 6" mattress about a half-foot from the top which makes it easy for a new mother to place their child in the crib. Our crib did arrive with a scratch of missing paint, not something serious enough to cause a return, but including a touch-up pen would have been a nice touch. We also had to remove a star due to a few strange design choices. First, the screws attaching the sides are large, silver and do not come with cover-up stickers or plugs causing them to be ever-visible and annoying. Second, the product includes warning stickers on the two sides that are large and do NOT come off easily causing them to leave behind pieces of glue and paper which is very unsightly. Finally, the mattress support has black angled brackets that do not allow a mattress skirt to be used easily and they too are visible and clash with the white of the crib. Overall we are pleased with the purchase, but wish BabyLetto would have considered the minor details for aesthetics and covered up or hid some of the non-white pieces. ... show more

No missing or broken parts or hardware, easy for two people to assemble, sturdy, and looks great! It's exactly what I wanted! ONLY CON, my biggest pet peeve is giant stickers on a products surface that take rubbing alcohol and a razor blade to get off.

The crib is nice. Very nice design. However the quality is basically a step above Ikea. A small step. The screws and other harware will strip, won't always fit perfectly and you'll end up with gaps here and there. If you don't mind that, you'll be fine, but for the price I expected more than Ikea plus. ... show more

There's not much among the reviews that has not been said; so I will address the one variable that I was wondering about when I ordered this... Is New Zealand Pine closer to Balsa Wood or Oak...? Will it snap like a twig in the wind...? I'm happy to report that this Pine is not really as soft as I expected (feared). It's not Oak, that's for sure, but I own some Maple furniture and I'd say it's closer to that. I was happily surprised by the relative hardness while being as light as it is. We have loved these cribs for almost 2 years. Our twins have taken them for a test and they’ve been great. Then last week we realized just how short they are. Our very petite, less than 2 year old, was able to very easily climb right out. It wasn’t until now that I realized just how short the walls are compared to some other cribs - even when dropped all the way to the bottom. Therefore, this weekend we had to make some modifications. We’re hoping these 3 inches will make the cribs last a bit longer, but disappointed the mattresses can’t drop any lower. Our twins are in the 5th percentile for height - so I would expect this issue much earlier with an average sized crib. Including the photos of our modification for your reference. ... show more
