My baby is a preemie. He is seven months old. He finally got strong enough for us to use a bouncer. He could not stand on his legs at all or even put any pressure on them from simply being in this bouncer for the past four days only thing doing 2 20minute sessions I can stand him up and he can put weight on his legs, I would recommend this to any mom for their baby. The doctor does just recommend not to leave your child in here too long, but it is good quality, durable, strong, and really fun. ... show more

Great product and adjustable to 4 different height levels however we would've liked 1 more adjustment higher. She's 11 months & 23lbs (so right on the edge of the ratings) and it's nice to allow her to work her legs AND keep her in place at times, however she's now able to "Flip out" of the unit due to the height being what it is. If it could be adjusted one more level (or if the straps were adjustable in addition to the red "twist locks" currently used on the vertical bars) it would be better. It's kept her interest and has been secure from 4-5 months through to now. There's a little tray which is great now that she's eating some semi-normal foods. We use it to hold the little snack bites she can munch on while she watches cartoons from this unit. She can watch cartoons, bounce around, and play with the toys all from the one spot. The toys are... well, baby toys... as to be expected. There are several that work for tactile and logical reasoning development and there are some that are there "just for looks" if you will and still some others that stimulate the auditory senses... as well as the colors which work for visual stimulation. On one side, the sun is flexible but not very, however the edges are soft and work for chewing on... the bird spins and the other side has a tumbler which makes noise and some sliders that work logical reasoning (i.e. "How do I get it from here to there"). The Piano is simple but provides playability and there are several preset melody's... along with 2 volume settings to keep mommy and daddy sane. It's not AMAZING by any means but, if you're not logic deficient, you can assemble this in about 30 minutes and, all in all, it's a well made/sturdy product. I would agree with others on the "Folding" aspect... you shouldn't expect to fold this to get it out of the way on a daily basis... so plan for a place to slide it off to when not in use. Everything said and done, we would purchase this again in a heartbeat. It's brought many hours of enjoyment to our daughter and many hours of peace of mind to us. ... show more
