This is a great access panel. I couldn’t figure out how to open it at first so I asked the seller and they responded almost immediately. (Use a flathead screwdriver to open).

Quite a solid access panel, virtually no flex corner to corner. The paint finish was excellent and the latching mechanism held the door firmly closed but was still easy to turn. The mounting flange was sufficiently deep enough to easily screw it into the framing after the drywall was installed. Really couldn't find a single thing to fault with this door. ... show more

The rough-in dimensions stated on website are wildly inaccurate. It is NOT 8 3/8" x 8 3/8". Actual is 9" x 9". Now need carpenter back out to redo his work on each of the access panels I purchased.
