I ordered a size 7. I wear a size 37 typically in the Asian sizes. The shoe was huge on me and fit more like a US 8. I may try to go down a size. There is a decent amount of cushioning in the shoe for comfort, but if you need real orthotic all day support, these wouldn't be for multiple day wear. There isn't much arch support. ... show more

First, I want to say that I absolutely love the LOOK of these shoes, which is why I placed the order. They are very well designed and have a uniqueness to them that caught my eye. The dual color and pattern would have presented nicely with the colors I wear whether I'm casual or dressy casual. The reason I returned them was due to sizing - which runs large in both length and width - which was extremely disappointing. I am a true size 6.
