Really pretty shoes. But my heels are sensitive and I couldn't wear them. Returned them per Amazon's policy. I purchase a lot from Amazon specifically because the return policy is so easy to manage. After several weeks I got notified that my return had not yet been received. I live in the middle of no where so that did not surprise me. Then I got notified that they got the package but charged me for the purchase because I didn't return what I purchased! I started by using the chat feature on Amazon, very easy by the way. They then offered to call me or use another way to communicate with me. I chose a phone call. They called right away. I simply had to give the order number and the gentleman asked me the problem. I explained what happened and he fixed it right away and I got my refund. I probably shop more on Amazon than I need to. But it is really because I can easily return items if they don't work for me. I will continue to use Amazon because problems are so easily rectified! And again, the shoes are beautiful, true to size and quality. I bought a pair according to the "suggestion" of ordering a size smaller. I sent them back right away and ordered the actual size I wear. I need an 8, the suggestion was a size 7.5. It was too short and too tight across the toes. I took the time to read the entire description with measurements. The size 8 (my second try) fits perfect. They are comfortable. The moral to this story is take the time to look at the measurements they give you online and measure your foot before ordering. I would order again. ... show more

I have a few of dream pairs heels that are a similar style and love them. These flats are just as comfortable! I love the blister guard on the back of the heel. The arch support is not as high as the heels which is one of my favorite things about them, but it still has a nice cushion.
