** UPDATE : second collar broke in the exact same way. Added a picture of my dog so you can see she's not a giant. She doesn't even reach the height of the couch cushions and she only weighs about 40 lbs! My dog has only been wearing this for 2 weeks and needed one like this with the air tag holder because she likes to run off. I felt really secure knowing it would be easier to find her. However, tonight she was on a lead in front of my house when lo and behold, the collar is still on the lead but the dog is not in the collar!! My first thought was it was too loose and she slipped out but upon closer inspection found that the rubber loop part of the air tag holder which attaches to the nylon strap completely snapped apart separating the collar. This cannot be fixed. This probably won't be a problem with a small dog but a stocky dog with strength is going to break it with some rapid force. Other than that, I liked the collar. The nylon straps are good quality and it's easy to get the air tag into the holder and keep it secure. Disappointing that it broke so soon and so easily. ... show more
