I bought this bug cage for a little girl (age 2 1/2) that I babysit. We live in the desert, so we haven't collected many bugs aside from ants and rolly pollys, but it's very well made, and we have a lot of fun looking for bugs.

It’s a neat bug kit. It is all plastic and not as durable as I would have liked. It feels like the handle will break at some point. For this year it will work and the kids like the shape it is. I would buy it again unless I could find one that was wooden. At least this one will not mold.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my 2 year old for Easter since he’s obsessed with bugs right now. It’s very durable and he uses it constantly . Great price too! He uses the little forceps to grab his bugs and they’re very easy to hold. He has a bug area in our 1/3 acre yard and he finds mainly doodle bugs ... show more

Great product. My two year old niece loves it and brings it with us when we go for walks hoping to catch some bugs or small critters. She looks at them and then says “home” and lets them go where she found them. So cute.

My two boys love this toy for our backyard. They are fascinated by catching bugs and looking at them up close. Just remember to release the bugs before going inside for the evening.... RIP centipede.
