I upgraded from an old TP-Link AC600 dual band USB stick which worked but when you have fios gigabit and your not hardwired in, your kind of just overpaying since you can't even access all that speed. So after upgrading I lost a bar of signal strength, the TP link wifi card has a much superior antenna, even though it's only a single one. The AX5400 Adapter offers impressive speeds and strong connectivity with its tri-band support and 4x5 dBi antennas. The performance is outstanding, delivering fast and stable internet on my desktop PC. However, the fact that it’s limited to Windows 11/10 is a significant drawback, especially for users with IOS operating systems.     • Had many different wifi adapters - this one works great!
Supports latest wifi and install was easy.... just run the .exe program to install drivers. Speeds doing very well as compared to other USB wifi adapters I have used.... will update if needed but would buy again.

Super easy to use, plug and play with the drivers already on the device. Gets me great signal all the way out to my patio, so I can't complain on performance. The only thing I am worried about is the durability of the antenna, and if it would survive my cat taking a wap at it for fun. Excellent choice for any computer looking to upgrade from older WIFI or wanting to upgrade to WIFI 6 standard. With USB-C connection and the included antennae, I have no issues with WIFI connection and speed is around 500 MB/s on a 1Gig connection.     • Decent wifi6 external adapter
This is kind of an oddball adapter. It has a lot of potential, but sadly the linux drivers; specifically for raspberry pie type devices is severely lacking and painful to get setup. Used on windows based devices it was a breeze to connect and use though, so depending on your use case, it could be a great boost to wifi signal and speed. Though it is an AX5400, I never connected higher than 800mbps on the connection speed as it is limited by the USB chip (I was connected to a wifi6e router) I did manage a 1200mpbs on 6hz but it kept jumping back to 5ghz, so couldn't get a consistent speed test out of it. ... show more
