Had a slight issue and was unhappy that Amazon would not allow me to do an even exchanges, especially because this was a ChrisTmas gift for our Grand. Really unhappy as it's a bit bulky and cumbersome but within a few days Awsum contacted me and even though I was absolutely consumed with Holiday dealings they were patient and 100% about Customer Service. I would recommend this mat to everyone. It's sturdy, the pump is small, mighty and works very well and quickly. The packing was excellent too and although a bit heavy for an old person, the fact that it is easily folded and secured for packing with the ties... good job. THANK YOU! My daughter loves her jump pad as she has learned and been able to improve her jumps with it. It is very durable as our dog walks on it with her long nails and hasn’t put a hole in it and holds up to my daughters jumps (130lbs) it’s great for the money we spent, very easy to inflate and deflate, and the strap is great for moving it from one room to another! 10 out of 10 recommend ... show more

I love this mat! It was so easy to set uo and take down. There’s a lot of cushioning and can withstand two adults jumping on it simultaneously. The color is nice and vibrant which adds to the fun of it.
