It takes some work to get this thing centered in the screen and getting a piece of furniture for this thing to sit on with the right height and distance from the wall is not possible, which really really sucks but that’s what you sign up for as a possibility with USTs. Salamander makes some nice units for other short throws but not this one and regardless you better have 8,000 to drop on that if there were. That said, the picture quality is damn good and I can watch it in the middle of the day with the blinds open and all the lights on and still see it from across the house without any issues.     • Excellent product, terrible customer service
I am very impressed with this projector, as it is not the first one I am using. It comes with a code that you scan to register for an additional year of warranty, on top of the one offered. Guess what? You go through all the information required to register the projector and then it doesn’t work. I received no confirmation of registration or warranty, extended or not, so I reached out to them and asked what is going on. At this price I would expect the registration to be more than easy to do and the customer service to be stellar. Without any apologies, I was asked to email ALL my information and the projector’s to them, which I reluctantly did, then one day later I was notified that the warranty was registered. I went to check my account I created with them, no mention anywhere that I own the equipment. When I asked to see proof, I was told not to worry, that they have my information. I think they should do much, much better than this. I hope I won’t have any problems with the device, as I dread having to deal with them again. ... show more

I bought this as a package with the 120" screen. I'm happy with the projector and screen, but the offer included 2 pairs of 3D glasses. They didn't come, so I reached out to customer service. They very rudely told me I needed to have added them to my cart during my purchase and told me there's nothing they would do to make it right. They told me if I didn't like it, to just return the whole thing. Return a $6400 purchase over $100 worth of glasses. Ridiculous. Why put it on the customer to have to add the glasses to the cart? Who is passing on the included glasses? It was absolutely not clear in the offer language. I'm not satisfied with the customer service on this one. ... show more

This is a very high end projector with true 4K image quality. Note that you do need a screen for it to work but it does give a massive viewing size to make a home theatre. Also pretty good for gaming

I would think that the picture should be amazing but it’s ok. Maybe it’s the screen but supposedly the one we got it’s their best screen and it cost 3k
