Directions are so so, assemble on floor take measurements then transfer to RV. Quality is amazing, for the price you can't find another awning with this quality. Do not pull the preloaded tension pins unless it's in the up or closed position. Buy it you'll love it.

Good quality awning, good choices of frame and fabric colors. The bolts strip easily in heavy steel trailer frames, so, a few extra bolts/tapscrews would be nice, but, that's just a suggestion. Product well built with sturdy material. Brackets that attach frame to the wall would not install over the existing gutter, and had to be installed under the gutter.There is no solid framing to screw the lag bolts to at that location. I solved the issue by drilling holes through the wall, then placing a piece of sheet metal inside with holes drilled through that; then using 5/16 inch bolts and nuts to secure the upper bracket . Not elegant but it works ... show more
