This product is exactly what I was looking for. Something nice to look at yet functional. The assembly: I’m one to follow directions to a T and these were easy to follow, some images were blurry but not hard to understand what needed to be done. I ended up with extra hardware but you never know when you may need something so i to the junk drawer it goes. Functionality: amazing!!! My husband wears a size 13 and the shoes fit perfectly without snagging on the close. My ankle boots fit great without the second shelf in the bottom drawer and even my knee-high boots fit (if you don’t mind the tops being folded down, which I don’t) sandals can easily be stacked on top of each other to create more space for another set of sandals which helps to optimize your space. The middle divider pieces easily slide in or out and has two height settings to accommodate your specific needs. The media could not be loaded. I love this shoe cabinet, first of all the price point is excellent, and the size is perfect for a small entryway of hallway. It fit up to 16 pairs of shoes inside of the cabinets and 4 pair under the small rail on the bottom. It was pretty easy to put together; it took around 1 hour by my self , the instructions are very easy to follow and inside on the box comes whit everything that you need to put it together and some extras in case you need it. I got the chestnut color shoe rack, it was very easy to assemble - took me about an hour to do by myself. The shelf itself seems very sturdy and holds a good amount of shoes. The quality of the wood is really nice and seems like it’s great quality for the price! A couple of cons - the rattan part of the drawer was darker in person than in the picture. Pictured it looks like a cream/beige which is a nice contrast to the chestnut color, which is what I wanted and why I bought it, but in person it’s more of a lighter brown/cardboard looking color. Also, not the best shoe rack for men’s high top shoes! Most of my bf’s shoes don’t fit in there. Overall I think it’s a great, sturdy, beautiful product other than a couple of cons I mentioned. Hi, this product comes together pretty nicely. It looks cute. I was 99% of the way done putting it together when one of the rather cheap hinges if that’s what you can call them they little plastic inserts was found to be broken and unable to put them together. I contacted Amazon. They said they don’t mail parts for this item. Then I spoke to customer service and was told parts would be sent but they have not been. I just attempted to return this item, but UPS told me it needs to be in a box and the item is already assembled in a very IKEA fashion, it would be impossible to disassemble without completely breaking the item. So now I’m stuck with an item that I I cannot use. I’m so frustrated. I could’ve been nice if I could’ve completed the assembly. But to be honest, the hardware is all very flimsy plastic or crap metal so it is likely it wouldn’t have lasted very long anyways. ... show more

some of our shoes didn’t fit so we had to take the divider out from one of them, and if it’s not full the shoes will slide around when you close but other than that it’s a great storage idea!

They were able to help me with the issues I had. Yes it had small issues, but they were very quick at a response and they were able to help in a timely manner. This shoe drawer is also very cute and durable. Also at a good price and easy to assemble.

Pros: Product is good and looks like the picture. Slim and sleek design makes storing shoes nicer on the eyes. Wood part is pretty sturdy. Cons: Larger shoes struggle to fit in there with the divider inserted. My husband wears a size 11-12 and some shoes do not fit height wise. The instructions were also not great and unclear. There was even a whole part that was skipped and I had to try and figure it out. If you are not use to building your own furniture then it would be hard to figure out. It's like a puzzle. The side hinges on the inside are made of plastic and are quite thin. I'd be scare of it possibly snapping overtime. Overall I’d kind of recommend for the price.
