  • I have to say..I like it..a lot..
Color: Black Style: 54 With Dual Hand Brake
in fact for the price as of this writing it’s a good deal. The same looking bike around my home is being sold from a local bike shop for over $350. As far as the product i received the package came securely packed and some damage was on non critical parts of the box that didn’t contact any components thanks to the secure packaging. it does require you to secure the front wheel, handles, peddles but overall it seems fairly intuitive esp if you’ve ridden bikes before and have had to adjust and lubricate them in the past ..with that said the instructions manual was decent esp compared nowadays lots of things sold online have manuals that are unclear vague or even missing. Pleasantly surprising to me was that all the tools you need are included and nothing was missing and even more important the front and rear brakes came adjusted and ready to go. i am an amateur with biking and repairs so needless to say again i am glad i didn’t have to adjust the brakes and feel this bike is a good bargain. ... show more

  • works good
Color: Black Style: 58 With Dual Hand Brake
There are different strategies to buy bikes: either get an expensive one which lasts or buy 5-10 times cheaper ones with standard parts, replace parts from time to time and replace them every few years. I chose the second option because in a city environment, there is a considerable risk of having a bike stolen. An other advantage is that I can use a second bike as backup (for example in case of a flat tire). I use heavy chain locks and still had 3 years ago s city bike cut away. When choosing the second option, one must be prepared to upgrade parts immediately or after some time. I bike 100 Km every week to work (5000 km every year) and this now for 24 years here in the Boston area. Sun or rain, summer or winter. No exception, even not snow storms (During the pandemic of course, the biking stopped and I replaced it with more running). Since about 10 years, I use cheep one gear city bikes. The things which break fastest are pedals, or then bottom brackets. Also breaks. For this bike, I installed higher quality peddals immediately and also use a better front wheel. I'm prepared to have to change the bottom bracket after a year. ... show more

  • broken tire, rusted rear rack hole
Color: Green Style: 54 With Dual Hand Brake
came with a broken tire I tried to insert it into the rim, but each time it bumps out from the rim when I pump the tire. It completely flattened out on my way to a bike shop, left me walking the bike in a rain. update: when I tried to install a rear rack, the rear rack hole is completely rusted and I cant get the screw in. The screw even broke when I put more force on it, so I have to return it with my rack. The pedal were also rusted that I cant remove them when I pack the return. ... show more

  • Decent for the price. Included tools are lacking, minor scratches/damage from shipping
Color: Green Style: 50 With Dual Hand Brake
For a first fixed gear the quality is pretty good for the price. Definitely had a lot of adjustments to make to get it riding correctly. I initially set out to build the bike with only the included tools but quickly had to find my hex wrenches and a 15mm wrench for the wheels. The included multiwrench thing was working great for the first few adjustments but the brake bolts, tension bolts, and some others were not adjustable with the included tools. The wrench that is provided is not quite the right size for the wheel bolts so I ended up putting some marks on the bolts as the wrench slipped. The lockring wrench actually did work however the shape of the tool made it uncomfortable to really tighten it down (waiting on a better wrench to arrive to really tighten it down). The the chain length is so short I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the back wheel off to flip it around to the fixed side. The brakes were the lowest quality part of the bike that took some time to get adjusted properly. The tire clearance also isn't as large as I was hoping for. Will try to get a 28c tire to fit but doubt it'll take any bigger. The front has more clearance, however. Overall it rode well after getting the kinks out. You will need a new chain if you plan on increasing the size of your cog or chainring as the initial length is just too short. There is next to zero information about this brand or this bike online so I will update with measurements if I can. ... show more

  • Great bike. Needs better packaging
Although i had a few issues with the bike upon arrival due to shipping and handling and the frame was damaged. The company resolved it promptly and accordingly. overall, the the bike is solid and the price was right, love the sealed bearing hubs and re-enforced dropouts and the all black with red looks cool too. ... show more

  • A pretty great bike for the price
Color: Black Style: 58 With Dual Hand Brake
This is a great first fixed gear & really fun as a single speed as well. If you take the time to learn about bikes and how to maintain them you can make this one really nice. It's a reasonable weight and has a decent starting gear ratio. The saddle is very comfy and the brakes are decent! It's hard to knock this bike but I will say the build tolerances are quite wack and the frame is a tiny bit crooked in spots. It is a rock solid steel frame though and even the paint is holding up to some bumps. This bike is such a steal at 250$ ... show more

  • Crank arm issue
Color: Black Style: 54 With Dual Hand Brake
Overall its a nice bike, easy to put together, rides great. But like a few other reviews we had issues with the pedal component too. Thirty minutes into my first ride, my right pedal busts off and the crank arm threads are stripped. Ive been trying to get a crank arm replacement but so far no luck. If you are looking for a heavy duty training bike…this might not be the bike for you. Still hoping i can get a right crank arm replacement. ... show more
