I have had it for a few weeks now and finaly had the occasion to use it to jump a neighbors car, the car was dead dead turning the key it would click once. Hooked it to her car and it started in a snap. I now will not be without this. It takes up very space under my back seat.

The performance of this unit its unbelievable. I am the owner of a 5.7L Hemi-pick up, I had a small power-leak, Bttery was getting weak, as a prophylactic meassurement, I purchased this thing, I fully charged the unit and put it under rear seat, a week later, the batterie flat-out die, Short-circuited, which, I pulled the "jump starter" hooked it up, and... magic. that thing has POWER !!! very light weight, small and convenient. and the Price? cheap, ander 40, Totally worth it. Yeap, I have a new Battery. Read The Instructions, Thats the Key. read the Instruction and you will be Fine, safe, having that thing as a back-up. dont froget to charge it. all the best.     • Stopped working, was upgraded and given warranty for new one!
Service team is AMAZING. This battery is a little bulky but worked great in a pinch. I kept it in the trunk of my car for emergencies and it kept dying in the winter and I just assumed it was because of the temperature. There was an incident where I charged it and immediately after detaching it from the charger it died even if it said it was at 70 out of 100 charge. Once I contacted them they gave me a new upgraded version of the battery with an extended warranty if anything like this happens again. Extremely pleased. ... show more

    • Handy, convenient, slow to charge.
The pack is very plastic, and probably bigger than it needs to be. But less than a week of ownership, I've jumped a 3.6l engine in a restaurant parking lot in seconds. Very easy to use. On the other hand, charging is done over USB-C and there's no information in the manual about voltage and amps for charging. Used a phone 5v USB at 2.4 A, which took several hours to get from the indicated 55% charge it arrived with to 94% when I grabbed it to leave the house. On the other hand, you can probably charge it from your car's 12V on the go. Happy to have purchased it, but not as happy as the folks in the RAM truck in the parking lot! ... show more

Everyone should have one - very easy to use. After charging it up and wondering if I would ever need it, the morning came when my battery was dead. Hooked it up and it worked like a charm. This will be a great Christmas present!

This little guy works very well the family and I went on road trip , and the next day when we were about to check out of our hotel the battery to our vehicle was dead , considering we were at a hotel and no one to assist for a jump , I remembered I had bought this thing month ago never used it and it was in the trunk , I quickly got it connect to my SUV and bam it start without a hitch . This is a must for anyone who have a car or going on a long road trip , I really don’t know how long it will last but for the price I paid for it , it already paide me back ... show more

    • DO NOT LEAVE JUMPER CABLES CONNECTED
I've had this jump starter for the better part of a year now, the product comes with the main battery pack, the jumper cables that connect to it, and a USB-C cable. It has worked as intended, jump started my car numerous times throughout the winter (or whenever I'd foolishly leave the car lights on). On occasion I'd use it to charge other devices as well, and it's worked pretty good. Flashlight is also really neat. Recharging the battery pack didn't take too long, probably a few hours at most from 0%. Don't leave it in the cold though, the battery will drain, so make sure to take this in during the winter season. Recently I made the mistake of leaving the jumper cables connected to the battery pack, DO NOT DO THIS, it will drain the battery and if left for a very long time, it will ultimately kill your product (mine sat for almost a month like this). I have tried leaving it to charge for over 2 day and it will not go past 99%, but it will not turn on and will reset the charge if unplugged. This incredibly important detail was not stated anywhere in the user manual, or on any of the yellow warning labels on the product itself. When it works, it works good, phenomenally even for the price, but this little mistake made this battery useless. A preventable issue had it been specified anywhere in the manual or on the warning labels.. ... show more
