This bed frame was so easy to put together--I didn't even need to look at the instructions except for when I started laying out all of the parts (there aren't actually many parts either!), so that I knew which bolts/screws went where. I read people saying the parts/bags are marked. THEY ARE NOT!! Slats do not fit once you put the corners together. Corners will fit if you remove the slats. I also noticed the frame is slightly bent as well as one of the mittle thick slat housing. Not to mention FedEx dropped it off in the driveway in the rain and didnt bring it to the door. Box extremely heavy for a person with a bad back. Definitely Returning this product. ... show more

When the box arrived, I didn’t know how a whole queen size bed frame that would hold two humans could fit in a box that small, but it did! It was very easy to put together by myself and came with enough metal slats that it gave my bed enough support without a box spring.     • Metal was twisted and damaged
It was packed too tightly in the shipping box or something because the entire frame is twisted and I can put half the middle support bars in place. There are also metal bars that were bent where you need to connect two pieces. If it wasn’t damaged it’d be a decent product. Doesn’t seem it would be the most sturdy but can’t tell with the damage. ... show more

The frame was bent around the corners so there were slats that didn't fit and couldn't fit a screw without taking more slats out

    • Customer service is terrible
The product itself is likely ok. Mine showed up with some packing damage and parts missing. Not really the fault of the mfg. but the shipping company. So, I am missing one slat, all the attachment hardware and maybe instructions. I order a replacement which the company accepted. Day of arrival, it never shows up. Then it is listed as running late "We'll contact you when it ships". Well it never shipped and no updates. Then the replacement order disappears from my Amazon orders page. WTF? Bed is sitting on the floor for 2 weeks now, wife complaining...Need I say more? Called Amazon and they are issuing a refund as I told them the box is damaged and it is about 50lbs. Note: For those reviews that say it doesn't fit correctly: The 4 end pieces look very similar but they are in fact different. They all have the exact same label on them which is confusing for sure. I had no instructions so I did put it together in a way that made the slats seem too long. Figured I did something wrong and looked closely at the corner pieces. Hard to describe but if you arrange the 4 corner pieces correctly, the slats fit perfectly. If yours seems tight, you probably put the corner pieces in the wrong places. I assume there are some more attachment pieces to hold the rest of the frame together that I didn't get. Probably on the FedEx lost and found cart somewhere with my missing slat:). ... show more
