    • Awesome tire plug kit
I have been buying the green brand for years. I got tired of breaking the handles and found this for almost the same cost. I run a trailer every day for work and get a fair amount of nails in my tires from construction sites. These are so much more functional and heavy duty than the plastic handled style. They save so much time plugging the tire with the thick metal handles. It allows you to shove the tar strip in the hole so much faster. The pouch holds everything you need and overall a great value. This is a simple kit, but with everything needed to plug a flat tire. Including tools to remove the object from the tire and lube to ream the hole before inserting the plug. Also a nice, compact carrying case. Very well done. Add an air compresser to your car and your set for most tire issues.

A nail punctured my tire and this kit was really easy to use to fix my tire. The instructions were clear but I YouTubed another video to get more insight.

I ordered this kit awhile ago, my tire got a hole in it and I used the kit to repair it. First I used just the items in the kit, it held air but lost about 1 PSI per day. I then removed the plug and put in a new one with some rubber cement, this held air with no loss. It's a great kit and is simple to use with everything you need for a temporary repair, but if you really want it to last and be reliable you are going to need some rubber cement. ... show more
