This was very easy to assemble and is quite sturdy. For someone who is on the hefty side, it works! If it is used as directed, you will feel this in your abs and is not that hard for beginners. Looking forward to the results!

I figured out how to assemble the wheel by just looking at which is good since it doesn’t come with instructions. It was very hard to get the handle bars on. I saw on the description that you can remove it for storage. I can’t very much easily get it off, so that won’t happen. I thought it looked great from the ad, but I’m not familiar with this equipment. It would be nice if came with instructions. I went back to the ad to get a better sense of how to use it. That’s not ideal if you are giving it as a gift. Since I’ve never used one of these, maybe I was expecting too much. But I didn’t think the rebound part worked very well. I had to look at the ad pictures to figure out if I was using it correctly. I was. I like the idea of having a phone holder to be able to watch something while working out. I also like that it comes with a kneeling pad so I don’t need to pull out the yoga mat to use it. I’m wondering if we need a new vacuum because I had just vacuumed the carpet before using the wheel. A lot dust and hair stuck to the tires which isn’t good. ... show more
