Quick and easy assembly, sturdy and the parts aren't flimsy. The only adjustment I had to make was the bar going through the center of the roller, the slot is a little smaller than the bar so you end up shaving part of the inner plastic off, but a few taps with the palm of my hand and it went through easy. Same with the handbar pads..a little snug but a few taps on the end and they were in place firmly. The tension in the wheel is good, providing ample support when rolling forward and assistance on the way back. I do wish there was adjustment to make the tension tighter or remove for more advanced exercises, but all in all a great product! The wide base provide great balance and keeps the unit straight while rolling as to avoid rolling off your center and hurting an inner core muscle, but still enough balance to train the core. Unit is light, compact and will easily fit into any exercise regimen for those looking for a tighter core. Even my kids love it! ... show more

I got this one for some of my older lady clients who are fearful of face planting with the other an wheels...they feel so confident on this one! I even find it to be useful and can go deeper than I would on the other wheels with the rebound! The wheels are super fat and feel so stable compared to other wheels! ... show more
