I love the look of this carport. It went up fairly quickly with two people. It seems to be sturdy and well built. I do recommend! Only thing I noticed is that the color stated said brown roof and black. Nothing is brown and I’m glad about that.

We bought this to use as a gazebo. We started about 2 pm on Fri and finished around 4 pm on Sat. Took 2 of us to build it except for one point for about 15 min we asked for help from our son.     • Roof panels fly off with the tightest wind

I purchased two of these because the description stated that it withstands wind and snow. I don't know about snow but the slightest wind and the roof panels are air born causing damage not only to the panels but what ever they hit coming down specially the cars under it. I lost 70% of the roof panels with the slightest wind. Not a happy camper as they weren't the cheapest ones in the first place. I would expect amazon to back there products a little better than that. ... show more

My wife and I spent about 4.5 days putting our new carport together. Watch videos before starting. I was impressed with boxes and all with no damage, the even provided extra nuts and bolts. It would have gone smoothly had the company provided a narrative on fine points like squaring the roof,etc. Be careful with screws and bolts they seemed to be a softer metal.     • Poor roof panel design, Flimsy Roof

The roof panels are rather flimsy and only slide in to slots at both ends. This is a poor design! Thus. in a relatively high wind they lose connection and fly off. I had to design and install slats that screw into the roof supports to provide a connection point to screw down and secure the roof panels! ... show more

While the instructions for this could be better, I cannot speak highly enough of this pergola. It took us several days and extra hands to install. We just experienced a storm with 100 mph winds, and this pergola came out spotless. We love it!
