With shipping, crazy overpriced - but I must say it is much better quality than I have ever purchased elsewhere. Less expensive milk crates are fine for storage of light to medium weight items but could never be used for an adult to sit or step on. I use a milk crate as an outdoor footrest when sitting on the deck, with the material holding up for years in any kind of weather. When I needed the ones that I had for storage, I decided to get this heavy duty model to replace my foot rest again. For that it is ideal! I bought this for my kayak, because I needed one to carry stuff and this one matches the trim nicely. I attached some cheap tube rod holders and it works perfectly. Also found out its great for bank fishing. Holds all my gear and I stick some u-shaped stakes at the bottom to prevent the catfish from taking my beloved crate into the dark abyss. ... show more

The crate itself is exactly what I wanted, an authentic, sturdy milk crate that I use for weight plates. The item was priced fairly (around $10), but it cost $16 to ship!!! I may have missed the estimated shipping costs, as had I noticed I would not have ordered. They also added the tax on top of the crate and shipping costs, so the total bill came to $27. ... show more

Color is not the deep red as advertised, has a more orangish tone. Very sturdy, not a Prime product but was delivered in less than two weeks. Just ok, I bought it specifically for the color. Can see paying a few dollars less for the value, not worth the $19.99.

These are exactly what they said they would be. Perfect for a large book collection. My son is a perfectionist when it comes to his books and these crates are working out great. This is a distance move so the crates needed to be sturdy and stack-able. I like the color too. Will probably order more.

I ordered this milk crate for a specific purpose (that has nothing to do with milk) and it does the job fine. I admit I was in a bit of a hurry to just get a milk crate however I'm not at all happy with the price of this thing. Oh well...live and learn.
