Works as intended. A little bummed it did not come with the file folders as displayed on the picture however they do mention that they’re not included in the description (my fault for not reading) also, I wish the top which has the mesh compartments zipped, or had some sort of seal. Depending on what you put in there, you might find all that stuff will had fallen out the next time you open it! I have not tried setting this product on fire… ... show more

This is a nice filing organizer, but my hanging folders won't stay in place. I'm going to need to buy something to set inside it to hold the hanging folders. Now that I am looking at prices, I wish I would have just bought that instead of this.

I'd like to say I am more meticulous in reading through the details, but must have ordered this during an EMP emitted from the sun. The description makes references to the very prominent colorful, more expensive hanging files not being included. I missed ALL of them (Confirmation Bias.) Thinking those were in from the title "five-tabs" I thought the cost was acceptable. ( Fire-proofing is obviously expensive.) I liked how easy to put together it was, and it is easier to move around than hard plastic shell document file organizers with plastic handles. (At least empty, it is easier; give me time.} A 5-year old can defeat the lock, but it is only meant to keep honest 5-year old's honest, and slow down access. Water resistant because it has a zippered top that is protected by outside fold down flaps with decent Velcro to hold them down. Not flood proof, but looks like it could handle a typical rain storm. (Sorry, not going to test the 2000 degree rating. You can test that on your own and review the purchase for the rest of us.) I purchased this to hold copies of important documents for my designated POA, estate administrator, to make things easier when the need arises, but will purchase another for other purposes. It is not a fire-proof, waterproof safe to store critical documents, but its better than handing over cardboard file boxes that may breakdown over time. I'm okay with the price.
