The media could not be loaded. I wish I would have spent the extra money for the Bluetooth model, but it’s really not necessary. I use very expensive test tools (electrical field) at work and this MX900 has the fit and finish of one of those products. I used the MX900 on a Ford and Chrysler with the same success. Very happy with this piece of technology, it paid for itself on the Prius brake booster job alone. ... show more

    • Would have been 5 stars but the first unit I received was used
The Autel MX900 is great. It's my first time using a scanner and I was able to figure it out in a few minutes. Unfortunately, the first unit that was sent to me was clearly used, not just a little bit but a lot. It was covered in grease and the cable was black with oil. Not what I expect when I'm spending that much money on a "new" unit. I had to return the first one and buy another one which was a bit of a pain. In the end, though, I'm happy with the unit and glad I purchased it. Also, this unit seems to take power from the OBDII port. When I started using it, it was at 50% charge and by the time I finished it was at 100%. This thing really helped me solve a multivariate problem with the emissions system on my Subaru. Probably couldn't have done it without this machine and being able to see/clear codes in real time. ... show more

Super easy to use, nice bright screen and android operating system. Makes my job diagnosing automotive problems a breeze. Nice quality heavy duty feel and ergonomic grips on the side. The flip up stand on the back is great. It’s portable and easy to use inside a vehicle. The OBD cable is thick and abrasion resistant. So far I’ve had a blast looking at values and graphs that I’ve previously not been able to see. had compared autel mk808s, mk808bt, mx808s, mk808z before choosed this one, it has better hardware, larger battery, memery and screen. updated to latest vehicle coverage. the functionality is just like the old version, but the diagnostic process is much faster, supports new protocol can fd and doip, no need to buy another adapter, also supports FCA Access via AutoAuth account. have already used on ford, gm, bmw, chrysler, honda, toyota vehicles, all good supported. if you prefer to buy the old version because of the lower price, I recommend the MX808 with 2 years update. ... show more
