It's compact and well-engineered, resembling the Grizzl-E, though not quite as sturdy, but with a more refined look. Future-proof features like the NACS connector, Wi-Fi, and RFID reader are a plus. Installation was a breeze, taking just minutes to set up. However, the software is a major disappointment. The generic app, similar to those used for public charging networks, lacks essential features for home use. Many functions are irrelevant, while crucial ones are missing. Given the $599 price tag, I expected more. For a simple, reliable charger, the Grizzl-E is a better value. If software features are a priority, consider a Tesla Wall Connector or other options.
