  • Super satisfied with this ebike
Color: gray Style: Standard
Recently moved in with a guy who has an ebike, and was nudging me to pick one up. I wasn't sure I wanted to spend the money so I was on the fence forever looking up various models at a decent price but still had the power and speed to keep up with his. After lots if research and amazon scrolling I narrowed it down a bit, and was looking at the Euybike NXB, and particularly from this seller as the constant praise for their customer service caught my attention. Then I found this F7 step through model, about the same price but had a bit more to it and my guy said having the external removable battery was a big plus vs the other where it only comes out if you fold the bike. After much debate and more research (couldn't find much about the F7 actually so I guess it's newer) I took a chance and pulled the trigger. Couldn't be happier with that choice. It showed up a few days earlier than projected, had no FedEx issues as the one guy mentioned. We threw it together, which took about 15 to 20 min and it does help to have a 2nd person to help. The back rack took a wee bit of pounding from a mallet to line up the holes for assembly (a little warping from the welding process and instructions mention this) and I was on the road testing it out and having a good time doing so. Initial issues were the tire has a bit of a vibration due to either improper installation or from sitting in the box for a while. A pretty non issue that will be fixed when I remove them to add the foam tire inserts I bought for puncture protection. Side note... description says they're 20" x 4" tires but they're actually 20" x 3" so heads up if you pre buy tubes/tires/or inserts like I did. I now have a little over 100 miles on the bike after a week or so and I love it more and more. I actually look for reasons to use it instead of driving even tho I'm in AZ and it's already hitting 100° outside lol. It does 30mph, not entirely sure how accurate the speedometer is as I've seen it hit 33mph if I pedal hard and tuck in on a flat straight. Gonna test it with a GPS app and a local roadside speed display when I get a chance. The pedal assist works great, tho after the 3rd speed setting (it goes up to 5) it's almost pointless to pedal even on the highest gear. May see about customizing that later but if I want exercise I just turn it down and pedal, otherwise I leave it on full power setting and found leaving it in 5th gear is a good setting for me to kick off from a standstill to get going. Comes with a headlight and tailight that works as a brake light also which is great. Headlight is SUPER bright, roomate was actually jealous of that lol. But I had to angle it down because I guess I was blinding oncoming cars on residential streets as one guy in a somewhat lifted truck flashed his brights at me. So yeah, headlight is legit. Got a rack bag with panniers to tote stuff but doesn't hold a ton and velcro straps work but are a bit cumbersome so when it's heavy it flops over the side unless I balance the weight evenly. I opted for a rear basket yesterday for groceries or larger things if needed, so if you think you might need that maybe get the one that comes with it and save a few bucks, although the one I ordered comes with a removable liner and flexible net cover. Idk if that comes with this bike so keep that in mind. I also highly recommend mirrors if you'll be riding with/around traffic. Ordered some that insert into the end of the handlebars, I just cut the outside of the grips with an exacto knife to install. The grips are also worth mentioning, has a flat section that extends a bit for you palms which makes it a little more comfy to rest your hands on. Would prefer a thumb throttle vs the twisting ring, not a deal breaker but I ride quads a bit so I like that setup. But overall I'm very happy I decided to get this bike. First time I rode it to work I think I actually got there faster because with bike lanes I wasn't stuck in traffic (also bombed a couple red lights when traffic was clear lol) Roomate took me to a couple local trails with hills and burms and it ate it up like a champ. It's not a mountain bike so you won't and shouldn't be catching air but it'll handle some dirt action just fine. Front fork shocks aren't amazing but definitely help and eat small bumps and such with little fuss and keep a fairly smooth ride. Chokes a little bit on steeper inclines but other than some of the dirt hills I didn't need to pedal much if at all. But I'm pleasantly surprised with how quickly I can get around town or just have a nice scenic ride even if I dont feel like exercising, and as mentioned the external battery has been very convenient. I lock it up, sometimes folded for extra security and just unplug and remove the battery and take it with me. Not too heavy and it has a swing up handle to carry it so it's pretty convenient for that extra peace of mind, so he was right about that part. I'd say it does get about 20 to 30 miles on one charge, using only electric power, definitely more with pedaling, but inclines will play a part in the total range. Havent fully tested the range yet but I get about an hour or so out of the battery on only electric. Now that I've been using it I'm looking into a 2nd battery with more amp hours so I can ride longer and go further and have a backup if I need it. But if like me, you were on the fence about getting one this is a fantastic entry level ebike for the price point, and while I haven't needed it, this seller seems to have a great track record of customer service. I have zero regrets and since I drive a V8 I think I've already saved $100 to $200 on gas with this thing and enjoying every second of it. ... show more

  • Super Happy with this bike!
Color: gray Style: With Basket (Rear)
The speed is definitely there. I changed the seat to give a little more comfort to the bike but the bike itself is awesome. I use the bike all weekend and only charged it once so the battery life is there. I am a short person at 5’4 and I can get on and off the bike very well which was important to me. Definitely worth the money. The ease of riding the bike and the comfort is great! 👍🏼 ... show more

  • It’s a quality bike
Color: gray Style: Standard
Received the bike last week. I bought it to take in the RV when traveling. Took it on a 21 mile round trip this week. Ran it some peddling and some throttle only. Kept it above 20 mph. I was impressed, went up and down hills with no problems. End of the trip still had over 1/2 battery. If it continues being as good as the first week I’ve bought a winner for sure. It’s a very steady nice riding bike, seat is comfortable. Customer service answered my questions very promptly in E mail ... show more

  • Shock absorption seat post?
Color: gray Style: Standard
I just got ths today. No front fender. EUYbikes referred me to zhengbikes@outlook.com. The seatpost is solid, no shock absorption, just a cover that slides right off, no springs. It seams to run ok, but I don't get 30mph, I only got 23+ so far, downhill is better. I can't see the display in the sun, even on the brightest setting. I don't have great hopes for the future with this bike, I should return it, I still have 13 days. Update: I got 30 mpg on it. Working with Audoor customer service has been a pleasure getting my fender and fender support. Thank you Helen. After getting the bike set up for me, I am quite pleased with it. I'm geting a lot of miles on the battery. Happy with my purchase. ... show more

This is my first ebike & I'm very pleased. It really goes even on the lowest pedal assist setting. It is sturdy & fun! It wasn't too bad to put together. Took my husband & I about 2 hours.
