This e-bike is awesome, great value! I spent a while looking for one and finally picked this one. I've put 100+ miles on it and I am thoroughly satisfied. I could see e-bikes becoming a major part of transportation in cities and for shorter distances if they can catch on and the appropriate infrastructure is built. Fun fast and easy to set up! Been having a blast on it! The folding ability makes it easy to store away. Looks amazing. Size fits me good at 5ft 10.     • Ok ebike for the price, but needs some upgrades and a bit of DIY

First and foremost- the battery. 1. NEVER ride with the battery unlocked, as this can allow the battery to rattle inside the frame which can cause major issues, not the least of which is the power connections. If the battery rattles too much it puts stress on the pins that make contact with the BMS connector, and the pins will bend open. If this happens your battery terminals can arc and overheat the system. After some back and forth with the seller I was able to get a new battery cover and BMS connector. While I was swapping these parts I wrapped the battery module a couple wraps with some duct tape to make it fit more tightly in its slot. I also removed the BMS and added a little packing material around it to stop it from rattling as well. This took care of a good amount of the vibration noise I was hearing while riding. 2. The tires and tubes that come with this bike are complete trash!!!!! I changed no less than 6 tubes in my first 3 weeks. Finally I got a set of CST Big Boat tires and thick wall heavy duty innertubes, and now I haven't changed a tire in over a month. Do yourself a favor and order them ahead of the bike being delivered. Don't even bother riding with the stock wheels. This bike is NO FUN to push if you get a flat. Believe me when I tell you you'll regret it if you don't do this!!! 3. The handlebars rattle like crazy!!!!! Since I had plenty of popped innertubes (😒) I cut a piece of one to fit in between the two halves of the handlebar stem at the joint as a sort of cushion.....no more rattle. She rides completely silent now!!!! It's so quiet now I can actually scare people by accident if I don't warn them I'm passing. 4. The front shocks are TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!! I weigh 120lbs and bottom them out instantly if I hit a crack in a sidewalk too hard. So if you plan to use this for any real riding, the suspension needs immediate upgrade. I've learned my commute well by now and I have to lift the front end slightly when I hit cracks to keep the suspension from slamming itself up into the forks. 5. There is no rear suspension. There never was. Many people have mentioned this, and they still insist on keeping this in the description. 6. Real world use- I get 15 miles range at full throttle, it takes roughly 5 hours to charge from flat dead, and TOP speed is around 34mph (my top is 42mph on the biggest downhill in town)...I average around 24-28mph though. 7. This sucker is FAST!!!!! You honestly can't understand how fast until you ride it. You most likely will be the among fastest ebike/scooters on the road. Be prepared to pass people A LOT and get a lot of looks. This ebike is a target in shady neighborhoods because of its speed. Someone WILL try to steal it!!!!! Mark my words!!! The serial number is on the front fork. Write it down. Buy a good bike lock!!! Spend at least $100. Get a good one with the thickest chain you can carry!!! I can't stress enough how much of a theft target this bike is!!!!! Seller is really responsive, and very helpful!!! I was extremely satisfied with their support and their willingness to ship parts directly to me rather than a complete replacement. This enabled me to get back runnjng in days rather than weeks!!! They even offered to cover the entire repair bill from a certified shop. 4 stars for the initial issues, would give 5 stars for customer support though!!! I'm very happy with it after my upgrades and mods. The decals are so lame guys.....do you really have to put "Flagship store" right on the frame????? Buy yourself some cool stickers. The stock decals are.....just....so....🤦 ... show more

12/4/23 Update. So far so good. I’ve decided it 60 miles on the odometer so far and this bike is very strong. I love it and my dog loves it too. Just be aware that this bike is fast if you have set on 3 or higher. Okay? Be safe because this thing is fast lol. I’m just strong enough to lift it into my truck bed too its not a problem at all. So far I’m out on this bike every at the parks. Its so much fun! Its okay. The only thing I don’t like about it is the seat position relative to where the foot pedals are. I’m 5’7 221lbs and I had to put the seat up a bit too high so that I can comfortably pedal and still have balance if I need to break. I look like a little person on this bike 😂. I rode to the Post Office; maybe 3 miles on a full battery and by the time I got back I had only lost 1 bar of battery life. I put it on the charger and within 45min it was back full. I have no need to break it down or folding it just yet so I have not inspected the battery yet. I didn’t even ride it on any modes past mode 2 on a 7 speed setting. It is pretty fast just on mode 3. I assume it gets much faster the higher the is set. I’m gonna ride to Walmart today on it and see how it goes. This came with a really nice multitool and a air pump right out the box. I thought that was so dope! You know nowadays you’re lucky to even get a charger in the box 😂. This came out the box with a really great air pump and a pocket multitool and a #15 wrench. I needed no other tools for assembly. It was easy to setup. I even salvaged the real high quality zip ties. Don’t cut and ruin those zip ties. Its at least 20 of them and they are heavy duty. Try to salvage them if you can. Its heavy but not that bad. I can pick it up from the grab bar okay. I’m pretty happy about this bike. I’m gonna use it to try and get my legs fit and lose weight.
