Great product, easy to use comfortable, easy to maintain, easy to adjust to whatever environment you are in. I turned them off while mowing and it made it quite and easy on my ears. They fit into the charging unit perfectly and easy to install. I wear them all day and they stay comfortable. My hearing is so bad I cannot hear birds singing but with my new hearing aids I can hear them and enjoy nature. ... show more

I have tried other hearing aids that worked but needed adjustments based on where they were being used. Inside, outside, background noise and personal conversation was OK but not comfortable without fine tuning adjustments. I decided to try the Audien ION rechargeable OTC hearing aids and WOW!!, what a big difference! These ION hearing aids do a great job in processing voices, background noise, wind and other sounds. I have tried other hearing aids and the Ion units were louder and clearer than the previous units. Setup instructions were easy to follow and simple to complete. I wear them about 14 hours a day with no battery life issues storing them in the recharging case at night. When in the ear, they are comfortable and very discreet, sitting next to me in the car my wife had to ask if I was wearing them. ... show more

What a pleasant surprise to buy something that far exceeds my expectations! My audien ion hearing aids have done that. There are 9 volume levels, 3 mode settings, 2 types of ear domes that come in 3 sizes and wax guards that can easily be replaced. It dings and chimes as I make adjustments. I have a 50% hearing loss in each ear and have the volume level at four. The sound is very clear! Although help is available online, I found the instruction manual to be all I needed. I’m 84 years old and not online anyway… Audien claims the hearing aids will last five years. I’ll be more than satisfied that for $500, I get three years! ... show more
