I chose this ATX PSU by the specs and price. I intentionally ignored the facts that nobody had reviewed the product and there was no mention of cable/wire gauge. I didn't mind the latter too much because I had plenty of high quality PSU cables to use already. The PSU slid into the frame in the ATX case perfectly but the unit is "upside down." If you look at the product images on Amazon the fan is on the "top" of the PSU which is the norm. However, when installing the PSU right-side up in the case, the fan was on the bottom and my whole build was using the bottom as intake. I don't want to offend anyone but I'm not interested in having an RGB fan pointing down on the bottom of my case. Once I had everything connected and cables run, there was NO power from the PSU. Not a single sound, noise or vibration - nothing at all. I tried replacing the cord that came with it, but that didn't help. Since the product was upside down and DoA, I decided to return and replace it with a different manufacturer. ... show more

I ordered one of these one sale, did not get around to the build until after return time had expired. Found that it wasn't working and tried to contact seller for the ten year warranty, as there was no info in the box. After several attempts to find a way to contact them, I talked to Amazon and they graciously exchanged it for me! I received the item and tested it immediately and it was working, so figured just a bad unit and was going to drop it, but when I started completing the build, it started to shut off unexpectedly. Played around with it for awhile to no avail. Bought a different one of same specs from a reputable company and it worked perfectly right out of the box. Came with a little damage to one the connectors. But upon install would not power up unless i wiggled the wires just right. Have used these before first one to come bad from store. Will have replacement next day thx to amazon and filling the replacement form same day received

1. Connector quality was awful. Fit was way tighter than it should have been, requiring too much force compared to any decent connector. 2. 750 W rating but doesn’t include enough PCIE cables for any high end GPU. And of course you can’t just grab any cable from another PSU. Even if I got around those problems, I wouldn’t trust this not to fry everything it’s connected to. Will be returning. ... show more
