I was initially skeptical about ordering this air hockey table after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m glad I took the chance. It arrived in great condition, with no damage like others mentioned. It works perfectly, and my family absolutely loves it! The lights are a fun addition, making games even more exciting. One thing to note is it’s extremely heavy. It took four people to move it to our family room. The table did come in gray, which I was happy about, but just a heads-up if you’re expecting black like it might look in the picture, this isn't the one for you. Table is nice, big, lights look cool. However, for the price we were expecting better quality. Where the puck hits inside it's all made of cheap particle board. In just a few months I already had to super glue some pieces and paint a few others. Doesn't look very nice after only a year. Also it's extremely heavy and hard to move around. The Game Room is on the 2nd floor, so it won't be a nice experience when it has to be replaced (soon). ... show more

This table is made very cheap when it came in the mail it was completely broken across the center of the table on all the supports seller will not contact me will not respond to anything I am sending them they are wanting me to take it back apart to ship it back after it's already put together and box it back up I feel that it is not my responsibility it is the responsibility of the seller to come and pick up this table and send me a new one due to the damage not only did it come in the mail damaged but it is made very cheap the corners are already coming apart on it as well as the play area is coming up on the table I would never purchase this table again ... show more

Because of a few bad reviews, we ALMOST did NOT order. SUPER GLAD we took a chance!!! Nothing broken. Lots of STYROFOAM around product. Was easy to assemble--took about 1 1/2 hours to assemble by our son and 21 year old grandson. You assemble it in packaging--upside down; then FLIP it over. Therefore, it was nice to have 4 people (one on each corner to FLIP. ) Board to play on is very WHITE with a little bit of grey and a little bit of RED The LIGHTS running around 4 sides of board ALL worked and are LOTS OF Colors. The counter around working board looks like Brown Mahogany wood and same for LEGS. Good looking -- NOT CHEAP looking at all. Love the ARCHED scoreboard standing TALL. IT is EASY to read score. Did not like some that scoreboard was FLAT on SIDE of countertop around playing board. I did come with a FEW pads if you NEED to LEVEL. We didn't need. 2 red Pucks and 2 red Pushers One RED PUSHER with lights One BLUE PUSHER with lights plus 2 WHITE PUCKS with lights. If you don't put this product by the wall, you need an EXTENSION CORD. Evaluate your room and decide the length of cord so you have available. We have ALREADY played a few rounds.. This item was badly damaged when I opened it. i paid extra to have it delivered to the room it wa going in. It was a big disappointment and then I had to send back to get refund. It is very heavy so it just stayed in the room until it was picked up. Since I bought the item just two months ago it has increased its price by 50%. I wasn't willing to reorder the product again because I was afraid to get another damaged item. I certainly would not order now with such a significant price increase. ... show more

I always leave bad feedback, In this case everything went great, This is gigantic and i was happy the delivery team took their time, evaluated the best way to get this in the house and took their time doing it. Assembly was fairly simple, allen key which is annoying but manageable. Took an hour, takes two strong people to lift this over and upright after assembly. Looks great, works great. The delivery service that Amazon or the seller set up for this product was great. They were on time and curious. The air hockey table was packaged amazingly. Not a single piece was broken or scratched. The assembly is a breeze of just putting the 4 legs and their support bars in, installing the score board, and plugging the lighting all together. It took maybe an hour to assemble it all. It took 3 adults to flip the table over but I wish we had at least 1 more adult. This thing is heavy!! Once it's flipped over moving it with just 2 adults is easy. We are having a slight issue with the one scoring trigger going off without the puck going in but we've been able to fix it. It finished our barcade off perfectly and we couldn't be happier. ... show more

For some reason this would of been a great table if they would of just used a better quality molding around the inside. It's chipped to hell and does it immediately upon first or second time playing.. goal could be slightly wider. The good is the air motor and slick glass play.
