Description

When you want quick target acquisition at both short and medium ranges you need additional magnification. The Athlon prism red dot scopes give you great versatility. This device is equipped with a prism for a crisp, vivid image. The prism-based design allows for a more compact scope without sacrificing optical quality. With this longer focal length it can achieve the magnification needed to reach out and touch targets at longer ranges. The Athlon prism red dots are nitrogen-filled, fog proof and shock proof, allowing for reliable use in a wide range of environments. Featuring a selectable red/green illuminated reticle with multiple intensity levels to match your specific conditions. The reticles are etched directly on the glass to make sure you have consistent point-of-aim at all times. Whether you have the illumination on or off, the reticle is always visible.

  • Fantastic Prismatic Scope
This is an amazing little prismatic scope! I managed to catch this on sale and an completely happy with my purchase. The scope had a great reticle, sufficient brightness, great features, and was PERFECT for a 10.5" Blackout pistol I did. Ideal size, weight, and magnification. Most importantly, it did not break the bank! Special shout out to Amazon customer service. I bought this as a "Warehouse Special." Some loser bought the scope new, kept the scope, and returned a crappy $20 used BSA red dot. I thought I was going to get the runaround, but instead the CS rep quickly resolved the issue, allowing me to get a new scope at a price I could not complain about. Go Amazon! Hope karma pits the barrels in every one of the guns of that loser's collection who stole the scope. Happy shooting! ... show more

Excellent prism scope. Highly accurate. Lifetime warranty. Even though its made in China, there are none better.

  • Great Optic
Great clarity from the glass. Nice magnification not to much but still allows for good field of view out to well over 300 yards. Only negative is the mounting hardware is kind of stupid especially for a picatinny rail. Which is literally the easiest system already, why add weird square bolts that have to be positioned perfectly straight. Eye relief could be a lot better also it's probably about 2 inches, it would be nicer if they could get that to about 3.5 or 4 inches. ... show more

  • Unbelievable clarity and magnification. Eye relief is on par.
Brightness is superior and clarity is great. Just remember you will have difficulty using iron sights

  • 👍🏻👍🏻
Excellent optic! The reticle is etched into the Glass so it’s always visible even without power. I was torn between buying a red dot or buying a scope, this is the best of both worlds. Can’t beat it for the money. Highly recommend it

  • Clear glass
the glass and reticle are very clear and bright, it seems like it is very well built. I haven't used it yet due to the price and availability of ammo.

  • Horrible and unforgiving eye box
The main problem with this is that the eye box is extremely unforgiving. The eye relief is only about 2". If you move your head even slightly you lose your field of view. Clarity is okay when you're lined up perfectly with your eye, but the glare and fish eye around the edges is really bad. The actual dot on the reticle is very precise and good for astigmatism which is why I wanted to try it but the pros do not outweigh the cons. This acts like a fixed low scope with extremely poor eye relief. It's not practical for any purpose. Imagine looking through a scope but your eye has to be touching it in order to see the full field of view. If you move your head even slightly you'll lose the picture. A typical 3-9-40 would serve better than this. You're better off with dealing with astigmatism or going with an lpvo. This sits in an area between a red dot and lpvo that I thought would be nice, but in reality it isn't at all. Pros: Accurate Precise Cons: Extremely unforgiving Eye Box Very limited eye relief Heavy for its size Glare Not practical for any purpose Mounting system is attached to optic and is sort of flimsy feeling ... show more
