You get a lot when you order this. Most is fairly useful, but some I just didn't care for. I mostly got this for the bar pad and the attachments for my weight machine. The pad is great, but a bit on the bulky side. It takes a bit to get used to if you've not been using one like me. I was hoping and expecting it to fully close around the bar since almost all olympic weight bars that say they are 2" are the same size. Thus the idea behind making them to a standard size. So I don't understand why this couldn't be made to fully wrap around the bar rather than have about an inch gap even after cinching the hold straps down. For now though, it does its job. The attachments are okay, but will take some time to be 'broken-in' and be more comfortable. The same for the wrist straps. The weight belt is just not something I want to try as it just doesn't feel like it gives very much support. The thigh straps are to me an added. I may actually use them, or not. Either way I didn't see much of a difference between them as they indicate there should be. The included bag is nice for storage, but I really don't see taking this to a commercial gym. Overall, if your looking for a big selection, this is a good one to consider. If you are more interested in certain items, avoid this as the rest will most likely never get used. The barbell pad is high quality, and very cushy. Much better to use than the crusty ones that don't stay on the barbell at the gym. The same goes for the ankle cuffs. Having my own set will make doing leg exercises on the cable machine a lot easier - because I won't have to go hunting for a pair. I'm not quite at the phase in my workout journey to need the weight-lifting belt or lifting straps, but it'll be nice to have them when I get there (and they look like good quality). Very happy with this order! I owned my own gym for 5 years and am an active fitness competitor so have had just about every gym piece/ accessory there is. I initially ordered for the resistance bands and ankle attachments and with all of the other pieces couldn't pass it up. The resistance " booty bands" are phenomenal quality, the material is thick, well stitched, and has two no slip rubber grip lines on the inside that keep them from moving while in use. the velcro on the ankle straps and lifting belt are good quality as well and didn't budge during use. The padding on the inside of the wrist straps is more of a thin material and I most likely will use my other set, but they would be a good beginner's pair if you are looking for comfort. The barbell pad was VERY comfortable for hip thrusts, it didn't cinch down all the way over the bar but once strapped down it didn't rotate at all so positioning before your set seemed to be an easy fix. The carrying case doesn't seem very durable but a nice add if you don't have a gym bag. Overall very pleased and would recommend! ... show more

I have never had a lot like this and it has changed my workouts for the better. I never used to squats with a barbell because it was too much on my neck and shoulders, but the pad really helps and I can do 30 pound squats now comfortably. I also really like the booty bands that come in this set. They don't slip or roll up like the latex/rubber ones, and they don't pull hair which is great. The belt is good, but I haven't had much use for the straps. I'm just getting started back in lifting, so I haven't quite figured these out yet.
