I have already used this product many times for brake line and heating fuel lines. No complaints. I can do flares, double flares, and even bubble flares. Check Youtube to learn how to do bubble flares with it.

Works well, everything is well made and of high quality. Only gripe is the bar on the yoke is perminant, so it can be difficult to get in tight spots.

You don't need to over tighten this. It holds great. Take your time, file the end of the tubing flat, ream it out properly, lube the fitting with a drop of brake fluid and this tool makes a perfect flare every time.

Decent quality. I double flared both steel and copper lines with it. It worked well. Also bought a tube cutter and keep it in the kit.

    • Not at all durable.
It worked great for about 10 flares, then the center post of the double flare die broke off and now it collapses every flare. It's now useless.

Received this tool in the mail and attempted to use it. It broke on the 3rd use without making a SINGLE useable double flare. I was wary to buy this tool and thought about purchasing the 200 dollar one to start out with. My experience with this tool will make me wary to EVER buy another ATD tool again. HORRIBLE tool. DO NOT PURCHASE. Go with a different tool. If you're on the brink about buying this tool then please don't buy it. It isn't worth your money. It is a horribly built product and will disappoint you.     • Replace brake lines
Replaced all brake lines in a 68 Ford Galaxie. Easy to use and didn't have any leaks. Tool did what it was designed for with no problems.
