Been using the mask for at least a few weeks, and I think it’s made a definite difference in my sleep. This mask is fantastic! So effective and comfortable. It completely relaxes your eyes and is so comfortable and smells great...just a light scent of lilac. Love it!!!

It feels heavy at first but once you get used to it it’s so helpful. It blocks a ton of light! It does run a little bit big in the sense that since it’s heavy it kinda sags a bit, but once you find an adjustment, it’s so good. Very helpful to get to sleep

Silk material is soft and the adjustable strap is not uncomfortable on my head (although I did have to loosen it most of the way, and I don’t have a large head size). The filling is decent, medium weight. The smell was nice at first, but mild, and lavender scent faded pretty quickly. The eye bag did come with a bonus cooling gel eye mask that you can put in the freezer, which was a nice add on. ... show more
