I just got this pc and the battery won't hold charge. I tried to get it replaced, but when I try amazon just says "something went wrong." I can still use it plugged in, but what's the point of having a laptop if it has to be plugged in 24/7. Very disappointed. I would look at other products.

I'm just gonna leave this comment here. Bought this laptop, TUF Dash F15 with a 3050ti. It worked well over a year minus the fact that the keyboard gets very hot. A COMMON ISSUE WITH THIS LAPTOP IS THAT THE SCREENS GO BLACK (YOUTUBE THE ISSUE). They say to flash the bios & etc. That solves nothing in most cases, you have to replace the screen or laptop and ASUS KNOWINGLY SELLS WITH THIS ISSUE, REFUSED TO SEND THE PARTS TO FIX IT AND/OR ALLOW IT TO BE SENT IN AND REFURBISHED due to the fact I purchased it off of Amazon. They KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. TODAY THE BATTERY COMPLETELY DRAINED AND I NOW HAVE TO NOT ONLY KEEP IT CONNECTED TO AN EXTERNAL MONITOR BUT NOW HAS TO TO BE PLUGGED INTO A POWER SOURCE. Oh, And when the screen went black the primary monitor adapter disappeared from the setting as well as the feature of projecting to another monitor (has to be connected via HDMI to external at this point) case in point, you'll probably run into the same issues at some point. I personally will NEVER BE PURCHASING ANOTHER ASUS PRODUCT DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE I RECEIVED AND THE FAULTY ISSUES THAT OCCURRED FOR OTHERS NOT EVEN ATTEMPTING TO RESOLVE.
